Claims (14)

1. Kontinuirana valjaonica (20) za valjanje artikla (44), gdje je definirana os valjanja X, koja se sastoji od najmanje dva valjačka stana (22), smještena serijski duž osi valjanja X, gdje najmanje jedan valjački stan (22) sadrži: – fiksnu strukturu (40); – kaseta valjak/držač (24), povezan na uklonjiv način s fiksnom strukturom (40) i sadrži tri valjka za valjanje (26.a, 26.b, 26.c), montirana na kasetu valjak/držač (24) na takav način da se mogu pomicati radijalno u odnosu na os valjanja X, gdje se tri valjka mogu okretati oko tri odgovarajuće osi (r.a, r.b, r.c), međusobno razmaknute za 120°; – tri hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b, 32.c), montirane na fiksnu strukturu (40) i sadrže klipove (50.a, 50.b, 50.c), koji se mogu pomicati duž tri odgovarajuće radijalne osi (t.a, t.b, t.c), međusobno razmaknute za 120°, gdje svaka od navedenih hidrauličnih kapsula (32.a, 32.b, 32.c) može, tijekom rada, djelovati na jedan od navedenih valjaka (26.a, 26.b, 26.c) na takav način da pružaju radijalnu silu pogodnu za valjanje artikla (44); naznačena time što tri hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b, 32.c) su jednohodnog tipa i tako su razmaknute da, kada su klipovi (50.a, 50.b) od dvije hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b) u potpunosti uvučeni do krajnje točke radnog hoda, put P se oslobađa od zapreka i paralelan je u odnosu na os (t.c) treće hidraulične kapsule (32.c), gdje navedeni put P omogućuje da kaseta valjak/držač (24) izlazi bočno na strani suprotnoj onoj gdje se nalazi treća hidraulična kapsula (32.c).
2. Kontinuirana valjaonica (20) za valjanje artikla (44), gdje je definirana os valjanja X, koja se sastoji od najmanje dva valjačka stana (22), smještena serijski duž osi valjanja X, gdje svaki jedan od navedeni dva valjačka stana (22) sadrži: – fiksnu strukturu (40); – kaseta valjak/držač (24), povezan na uklonjiv način s fiksnom strukturom (40) i sadrži tri valjka za valjanje (26.a, 26.b, 26.c), montirana na kasetu valjak/držač (24) na takav način da se mogu pomicati radijalno u odnosu na os valjanja X, gdje se tri valjka mogu okretati oko tri odgovarajuće osi (r.a, r.b, r.c), međusobno razmaknute za 120°; – tri pogonsko-motorska sklopa (36.a, 36.b, 36.c), povezana s valjcima (26.a, 26.b, 26.c) uz pomoć vretena (34.a, 34.b, 34.c) na takav način da valjcima (26.a, 26.b, 26.c) da obrtni moment potreban da se artikl (44) može dodavati duž osi valjanja X; naznačena time što najmanje jedno vreteno (34.a) može biti podložno rotacijsko-translacijskom pomaku na takav način da se može ukloniti s puta P, što omogućuje bočni izlazak kasete valjak/držač (24), gdje je odgovarajući pogonsko-motorski sklop (36.a) montiran na fiksan način na svoju podlogu.
3. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što također sadrži tri pogonsko-motorska sklopa (36.a, 36.b, 36.c), povezana s valjcima (26.a, 26.b, 26.c) uz pomoć vretena (34.a, 34.b, 34.c) na takav način da valjcima (25.a, 26.b, 26.c) da obrtni moment potreban da se artikl (44) može dodavati duž osi valjanja X; gdje najmanje jedno vreteno (34.a) može biti podložno rotacijsko-translacijskom pomaku na takav način da se može ukloniti s puta P, što omogućuje bočni izlazak kasete valjak/držač (24), gdje je odgovarajući pogonsko-motorski sklop (36.a) montiran na fiksan način na svoju podlogu.
4. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačena time što također sadrži tri hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b, 32.c), montirane na fiksnu strukturu (40) i sadrže klipove (50.a, 50.b, 50.c), koji se mogu pomicati duž tri odgovarajuće radijalne osi (t.a, t.b, t.c), međusobno razmaknute za 120°, gdje svaka od navedenih hidrauličnih kapsula (32.a, 32,b, 32.c) može, tijekom rada, djelovati na jedan od navedenih valjaka (26.a, 26.b, 26.c) na takav način da pružaju radijalnu silu pogodnu za valjanje artikla (44); gdje su tri hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b, 32.c) jednohodnog tipa i tako su razmaknute da, kada su klipovi (50.a, 50.b) od dvije hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b) u potpunosti uvučeni do krajnje točke radnog hoda, put P se oslobađa od zapreka i paralelan je u odnosu na os (t.c) treće hidraulične kapsule (32.c), gdje navedeni put P omogućuje da kaseta valjak/držač (24) izlazi bočno na strani suprotnoj onoj gdje se nalazi treća hidraulična kapsula (32.c).
5. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je najmanje jedan valjački stan (22) tako konfiguriran da, kada su dva klipa (50.a, 50.b) u potpunosti uvučena do krajnje točke radnog hoda, najmanji razmak između dva klipa (50.a, 50.b) i/ili između odgovarajućih hidrauličnih kapsula (32.a, 32.b) je veći od najveće dimenzije kasete (24), izmjerene u istom smjeru.
6. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su os (t.c) treće hidraulične kapsule (32.c) i put P vodoravni, a osi (t.a, t.b) druge dvije hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b) su razmaknute za ± 120° u odnosu na horizontalu.
7. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je radni hod hidrauličnih kapsula (32) manji od 300 mm, po mogućnosti manji od 220 mm, a još bolje manji od 180 mm.
8. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su tri hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b, 32.c) međusobno istovjetne.
9. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su tri valjka za valjanje (26) montirana na kasetu valjak/držač (24) uz pomoć odgovarajućih vodilica (23), fiksiranih na kasetu (24) na takav način da se mogu klizati u radijalnim smjeru duž vodilica (30).
10. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time što su tri valjka za valjanje (26.a, 26.b, 26.c) montirana na kasetu valjak/držač (24) uz pomoć odgovarajućih poluga (28.a, 28.b, 28.c), uzglobljenih s kasetom valjak/držač (24) na takav način da se mogu vrtjeti oko tri odgovarajuće osi vrtnje (Y.a, Y.b, Y.c), paralelne u odnosu na os valjanja (X).
11. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što za najmanje jednu jedinicu valjak/hidraulična kapsula u najmanje jednom valjačkom stanu (22): – ima definirani obod c kao najmanji obod centriran na osi vrtnje (Y.a) poluge (28.a) koja se u potpunosti sastoji od sklopa poluga/valjak (286.a), i – ima definirani obod C kao najveći obod centriran na osi vrtnje (Y.a) poluge (28.a) koja ne uključuje niti jedan dio sklopa hidraulična kapsula/klip (320.a) kada je klip (50.a) u potpunosti uvučen u hidrauličnu kapsulu (32.a); obod c je manji od oboda C, tako da se sklop poluga/valjak (286.a) može vrtjeti prema van, otvarajući prostor za pristup artiklu (44).
12. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što vreteno (34) može klizati duž vratila (56) pogonsko-motorskog sklopa (36) na takav način da se može odvojiti od glavčine (52) valjka (26).
13. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se vreteno (34) može preklopiti unazad oko zgloba (38) na takav način da se može ukloniti s puta P.
14. Valjaonica (20) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su hidraulične kapsule (32.a, 32.b, 32.c) čvrsto montirane na fiksnu strukturu.
