Claims (15)
1. Postupak recikliranja molibdena, vanadija i nikla koji se nalaze u potrošenom katalizatoru i/ili ugljikovodičnoj sirovini koja sadrži metal, naznačen time što se navedeni potrošeni katalizator i/ili ugljikovodična sirovina koja sadrži metal uzastopno podvrgava
(i) kalciniranju, koje se provodi kako bi se prikupilo ugljični monoksid i vodik, te uklonilo materijal koji sadrži ugljik,
(ii) ispiranju vodom sirovog plina dobivenog u koraku kalciniranja (i), uz dobivanje otpadne vode,
(iii) taloženju prvog taloga zakiseljavanjem navedene otpadne voda pod kiselim pH sumpornom kiselinom, uz dodatak (FeCl(SO4)), gdje se dobiva kisela voda, te se odvoji navedeni prvi talog od navedene kisele vode,

gdje prvi i/ili drugi talog se dodaje u rastaljeno željezo, čime se dobije divanadijev pentoksid (V2O5) i reducirana legura željezo-molibden-nikal.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se (v) navedena alkalna voda dodatno neutralizira kiselinom.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što se navedeni potrošeni katalizator i/ili ugljikovodičnu sirovinu koja sadrži metal dobiva obradom ugljikovodične sirovine koja sadrži metal što se dobiva iz industrijske jedinice uz upotrebu katalizatora koji sadrži metal, gdje se prije koraka (i) navedeni potrošeni katalizator i/ili ugljikovodična sirovina koja sadrži metal prikuplja i obrađuje kako bi se dobilo ugljični monoksid, vodik i ostatak koji sadrži metal, gdje se navedeni ostatak koji sadrži metal obrađuje u koracima (i) do (iv).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što je obrada navedenog potrošenog katalizatora i/ili ugljikovodična sirovina koja sadrži metal prije koraka (i) kalciniranje.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što je obrada kalciniranje u uvjetima djelomičnog oksidiranja.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 5, naznačen time što je industrijska jedinica pogon za obradu mulja.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 6, naznačen time što se ugljikovodična sirovina koja sadrži metal dobiva iz reaktora industrijske jedinice.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se svakog od metala koji se nalazi u katalizatoru koji sadrži metal ili u potrošenom katalizatoru koji sadrži metal i metal koji se nalazi u ugljikovodičnoj sirovini koja sadrži metal ili u preostaloj ugljikovodičnoj sirovini koja sadrži metal neovisno bira između aluminija, kositra, prijelaznih metala i njihovih kombinacija.

12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 11, naznačen time što se ostatak koji sadrži metal reciklira kako bi se dobilo svježi katalizator koji sadrži metal.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što se dobiveni vodik upotrebljava za hidrokonverziju ugljikovodične sirovine u reaktorima s muljem.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 13, naznačen time što se navedeni potrošeni katalizator koji sadrži metal i preostala ugljikovodična sirovina koja sadrži metal dobiva iz ostatka nakon deasfaltiranja.
15. Postupak dobivanja vodika, naznačen time što se sastoji u upotrebi postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14.
