Claims (18)
1. Postupak za apsorpciju kiselog plina iz plinske smjese kontaktiranjem plinske smjese s apsorpcijskim medijem, naznačen time da se koristi apsorpcijski medij koji sadrži barem vodu kao otapalo i barem jedan amin (A) s formulom (I)

gdje R1 = alifatski radikal koji ima 2 do 6 atoma ugljika i ima barem jednu amino skupinu,
R2 = vodik, C1-4 alkil skupina ili radikal R1.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da apsorpcijski medij sadrži barem jedan amin (A) s formulom (II)

gdje R3 = vodik ili C1-4 alkil skupina,
poželjno vodik ili metil skupina,
R4 = C1-4 alkil skupina,
n = 2 do 4.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da apsorpcijski medij sadrži barem jedan amin (A) s formulom (II) gdje R3, R4 = metil i n = 3.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da apsorpcijski medij sadrži dodatni amin (B) s formulom (III)

gdje R5 = C1-6 alkil skupina, poželjno n-butil.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da korišteni apsorpcijski medij nadalje sadrži dodatno fizikalno otapalo (C).
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da korišteni apsorpcijski medij kao fizikalno otapalo (C) sadrži sulfolan.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da korišteni apsorpcijski medij sadrži
60 do 80% težinski vode i proizvoljno otapalo (C),
1 do 40% težinski amina (A) i
0 do 39% težinski amina (B).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da korišteni apsorpcijski medij sadrži inhibitore korozije, aktivatore, dodatke za poticanje vlaženja i/ili sredstava protiv pjenjenja.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da se kao plinska smjesa koristi prirodni plin ili sintetski plin.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da je parcijalni pritisak kiselog plina od 0.1 bar do 20 bar.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da se kiseli plinovi apsorbiraju kod temperature od 20 do 60°C.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da se kiseli plinovi desorbiraju kod temperature od 60 do 100°C.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da, kiseli plin sadrži ugljikov dioksid.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da se, apsorpcijski medij, nakon što je bio u kontaktu sa plinskom smjesom, zagrijava na temperaturu kod koje se događa odvajanje faza na vodenu tekuću fazu i organsku tekuću fazu.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da se kiseli plin desorbira iz vodene tekuće faze smanjivanjem tlaka i/ili dovođenjem topline, te se nastala tekuća faza kombinira s organskom tekućom fazom dobivenom odvajanjem faza i kombinirane tekuće faze ponovno, kao apsorpcijski medij, dolaze u kontakt s plinskom smjesom.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da se nakon odvajanja faza, kiseli plin desorbira iz nastale dvofazne smjese pomoću odvajanja sa plinom.
17. Apsorpcijski medij koji sadrži amin, naznačen time da sadrži barem vodu kao otapalo, barem jedan amin (A) s formulom (I)
