Claims (16)

1. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa, naznačen time da se temperatura sedefa održava ispod 40°C, po mogućnosti ispod 20°C, a čak prikladnije ispod ili jednako 0°C, te da se čestice sedefa za tretiranje dobivaju iz sedefnog testa, na primjer unutarnjeg oklopa školjkaša.
2. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa sukladno Zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se čestice sedefa za tretiranje dobivaju iz sedefnog testa, na primjer unutarnjeg oklopa školjkaša odabranih iz skupine koja sadrži: Pinctada maxima, Pinctada margaritifera ili druge Pinctade, Tridacnae gigas, te mješavine navedenih.
3. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa sukladno Zahtjevu 1 ili 2 koji sadrži sljedeće postupne faze: a) sedefni prah koji će se obrađivati smješta se u posudu za mljevenje planetarnog mlina, zatim b) Ni kuglice za mljevenje (s i integerom sadržanim između 1 i 20, najbolje 3 i 15, a radije između 5 i 14; Ni je integer sadržan između 2 i 150, najbolje između 10 i 100 te preferencijalno između 20 i 85) promjera Di smještene su u posudu za mljevenje, c) Planetarni mlin se pokreće brzinom rotacije V sadržanom između 800 i 1400 rpm, preferencijalno 1100rpm, s ubrzanjem od 90 do 110 G, preferencijalno 90 do 100 G, a najbolje od 95 G, d) planetarni mlin zaustavljen je u uklanjaju se kuglice za mljevenje promjera Di, Faze b,c i d ponavljaju se s Ni+1 (s Ni+1 > Ni) s kuglicama za mljevenje promjera Di+1 (s Di+1 < Di), sve dok se ne dobiju čestice sedefa željene veličine; Kada se postigne željena veličina čestica, završetkom faze d), dobiva se mehanostrukturirani sedef.
4. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa sukladno bilo kojem Zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačen činjenicom da su broj i promjer kuglica takvi da postoji odnos od 2/5 po težini čestica sedefa koje će se obrađivati do 3/5 po težini čestica.
5. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa sukladno bilo kojem Zahtjevu 1 do 4, naznačen time da su posuda za mljevenje, sedefni prah koji će se obrađivati i/ili kuglice za mljevenje ohlađeni prije upotrebe na temperaturu između -30°C i 5°C, po mogućnosti između -20°C i -15°C te po izboru prije svakog ponavljanja faza b), c) i d).
6. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa sukladno bilo kojem Zahtjevu 1 do 5, naznačen time da su ciklusi mljevenja c) provedeni na temperaturi hlađenja ili ispresijecani ciklusima hlađenja.
7. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa sukladno bilo kojem Zahtjevu 1 do 6, naznačen time da: - Sedefni prah koji će se tretirati smješta se u posudu za mljevenje, kuglice za mljevenje smještaju se u posudu za mljevenje, a sustav koji sadrži sedefni prah koji će se tretirati, kuglice za mljevenje i posuda za mljevenje ohlađeni su na temperaturu između -30°C i 5°C, po mogućnosti između -20°C i -15°C, - Ohlađeni sedefni prah koji će se tretirati zatim se podvrgava: a) Ciklusima mljevenja pomoću kuglica za mljevenje promjera 10 mm sve dok čestice sedefa srednjeg volumena nisu promjera između 5 i 15 mikrona, zatim b) Ciklusima mljevenja pomoću kuglica za mljevenje promjera 5 mm sve dok čestice sedefa srednjeg volumena nisu promjera između 800 nm i 2 mm, zatim c) Ciklusima mljevenja pomoću kuglica za mljevenje promjera 2 mm sve dok čestice sedefa srednjeg volumena nisu promjera manjeg od 500 nm, po mogućnosti manjeg od 250 nm te po mogućnosti promjera manjeg od 100 nm, zatim je dobiven nanostrukturirani sedef.
8. Postupak za primjenu mehanički strukturiranog sedefa pomoću mehanosinteze mikrometrijskog praha sedefa sukladno bilo kojem Zahtjevu 1 do 7, naznačen time da: Sedefni prah koji će se tretirati smješta se u posudu za mljevenje, kuglice za mljevenje smještaju se u posudu za mljevenje, a sustav koji sadrži sedefni prah koji će se tretirati, kuglice za mljevenje i posuda za mljevenje ohlađeni su na temperaturu između -30°C i 5°C, po mogućnosti između -20°C i -15°C, Ohlađeni sedefni prah zatim se podvrgava: 5 do 15, po mogućnosti 7 do 13 ciklusa, najbolje 8 do 11 ciklusa mljevenja, svaki ciklus traje 1 do 10 minuta, po mogućnosti 2 do 8 minuta te najbolje 6 minuta, proveden pomoću kuglica za mljevenje promjera 10 mm, zatim 5 do 15 ciklusa mljevenja, po mogućnosti 10 ciklusa, od 1 do 10 minuta, po mogućnosti 6 minuta, proveden pomoću kuglica za mljevenje promjera 5 mm, zatim 5 do 15 ciklusa mljevenja, po mogućnosti 10 ciklusa, od 1 do 10 minuta, po mogućnosti 6 minuta, proveden pomoću kuglica za mljevenje promjera 2 mm, zatim se dobiva nanostrukturirani sedef.
9. Sedefni prah koji je moguće dobiti postupkom određenim bilo kojim od Zahtjeva od 1 do 8 te srednjeg volumena promjera između 0.01 i 500 nanometara, po mogućnosti između 0.01 i 250 nanometara, nadalje preferencijalno između 0.01 i 100 nanometara.
10. Postupak pripreme nanostrukturiranog sedefa mehanosintezom mikrometrijskog sedefnog praha sukladno bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da je sedefni prah koji će se obrađivati samljeven zajedno s barem još jednim materijalom različitim od sedefa.
11. Postupak pripreme nanostrukturiranog sedefa mehanosintezom mikrometrijskog sedefnog praha sukladno Zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da je materijal odabran iz skupine koja sadrži više od 90%-tni deacetilirani hitozan prah, hitin, alge, netopljive i topljive biopolimere ekstrahirane iz sedefnog testa i vanjskog oklopa navedenih školjkaša, bakar sulfat (CuSO4, 5H2O), cink oksid, zlato ili srebro i mješavine istih.
12. Upotreba mehanostrukturiranog sedefa sukladno Zahtjevu 9 ili dobivenog sukladno postupku određenom bilo kojim od Zahtjeva 1 do 8 i 10 do 11, u primjenama u kozmetici.
13. Upotreba mehanostrukturiranog sedefa sukladno Zahtjevu 9 ili dobivenog sukladno postupku određenom bilo kojim od Zahtjeva 1 do 8 i 10 do 11 za prekrivanje kosti i dentalnih implantanata, te dijelova koji zamjenjuju kosti.
14. Implantat koji sadrži jezgru strukturalnog materijala, po izboru od sedefa, površina kojeg je prekrivena raspršivanjem, prskanjem, presvlačenjem, elektrolizom ili uranjanjem sedefa sukladno Zahtjevu 9 ili dobivenog sukladno postupku opisanom bilo kojim od Zahtjeva 1 do 8 i 10 do 11.
15. Dio za popunjavanje kosti koji sadrži jezgru strukturalnog materijala, po izboru od sedefa, površina kojeg je prekrivena raspršivanjem, prskanjem, presvlačenjem, elektrolizom ili uranjanjem sedefa sukladno Zahtjevu 9 ili dobivenog sukladno postupku opisanom bilo kojim od Zahtjeva 1 do 8 i 10 do 11.
16. Mehanostrukturirani sedef sukladno Zahtjevu 9 ili dobiven sukladno postupku opisanom bilo kojim od Zahtjeva 1 do 8 i 10 do 11, za medicinsku ili veterinarsku upotrebu.
