Claims (16)
1. Postupak kristalizacije spoja topivog u vodi iz otopine koji sadrži sljedeće korake:
a) pružanje, u posudi za kristalizaciju, otopine spoja topivog u vodi u mješavini vode i otopine u kojoj spoj topiv u vodi ima slabiju topljivost nego u vodi;
b) provođenje faze isparavanja mješavine kroz sorpcijsku zonu koja sadrži sorpcijsko sredstvo za vodenu paru kako bi selektivno adsorbiralo vodu iz faze isparavanja kako bi se u fazi isparavanja izdvojila voda i povećao udio otopine i vodom zasićenog vodenog sorpcijskog sredstva;
c) obogaćivanje mješavine u posudi za kristalizaciju recikliranjem barem dijela faze isparavanja tijekom kojeg je izdvojen dio vode i povećan udio otopine u posudu za kristalizaciju ili povlačenjem faze isparavanja tijekom koje je izdvojen dio vode iz postupka i dodavanjem otopine iz vanjskog izvora u posudu za kristalizaciju;
d) omogućavanje čvrstim kristalima iz spoja topivog u vodi da se istalože iz otopine u posudi za kristalizaciju na temperature kristalizacije; i
e) ispuštanje iskristaliziranih čvrstih kristala iz otopine topive u vodi iz posude za kristalizaciju i otpuštanje nekristalizirane otopine spoja u mješavini vodene otopine iz posude za kristalizaciju.
2. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je otopina topiva u vodi saharid s jednom do pet jedinica manoze.
3. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 2, pri čemu je otopina topiva u vodi saharoza.
4. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu je otopina alkohol s jednim do četiri atoma ugljika ili mješavinom od dva ili više njih.
5. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevima 3 i 4, pri čemu je alkohol etanol ili 1-butanol
6. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 5 pri čemu je alkohol etanol.
7. Postupak proizvodnje kristala saharoze iz soka šećerne palme koji sadrži postupak kristalizacije sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 do 6, pri čemu je otopina saharoze u mješavini vode i alkohola u posudi za kristalizaciju pružena (korak a) otapanjem soka šećerne palme s alkoholom ili vodom i alkoholom i unošenjem razrijeđenog soka u posudu za kristalizaciju.
8. Postupak proizvodnje kristala saharoze iz biomase koja sadrži saharozu koji se sastoji od kristalizacijskog postupka sukladno bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 4 do 6, pri čemu je otopina saharoze u mješavini vode i alkohola u posudi za kristalizaciju pružena pomoću (korak a):
a1) izdvajanje zdrobljene biomase koja sadrži saharozu s vodenom tekućinom izdvojenom iz vode ili mješavine vode i alkohola kako bi se dobila otopina saharoze u vodenoj tekućini ili čvrstoj izdvojenom biomasi koja sadrži preostalu saharozu;
a2) odvajanje otopine saharoze iz čvrste izdvojene biomase; i
a3) unošenje otopine u posudu za kristalizaciju ili, u slučaju da je vodena otopina voda, unošenje vode i alkoholne pare u posudu za kristalizaciju.
9. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 8 pri čemu je alkohol etanol ili 1-butanol, što je postupak za proizvodnju kristalizanje saharoze i alkohola, koji se nadalje sastoji od sljedećih koraka:
f) fermentiranje najmanje dijela preostale saharoze u čvrstu izdvojenu biomasu i/ili nekristaliziranu saharozu ispuštenu iz posude za kristalizaciju u koraku e) u alkohol kako bi postigli fermentacijski spoj koji sadrži alkohol:
g) odvajanje barem dijela alkohola dobivenog fermentacijom u koraku f) iz spoja kako bi dobili alkoholni proizvod.
10. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 9, nadalje se sastoji od sljedećih koraka:
h) reckliranje dijela alkohola proizvedenog u koraku f) u ekstrakciju koraka a1) i/ili posudu za kristalizaciju.
11. Postupak sukladno jednom od Zahtjeva 8 do 10, nadalje sadrži sljedeće korake:
i) anaerobno fermentiranje fermentacijske smjese iz koje je izdvojen alkohol u koraku g) i/ili čvrste izdvojene biomase, po mogućnosti zajedno s lišćem i malim česticama biomase koja sadrži saharozu, kako bi se dobilo bio gorivo;
j) punjenje motora bio gorivom dobivenim u koraku i) kako bi se proizvela energija i toplina.
12. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 11, nadalje sadrži sljedeći korak:
k) desorpcija vode iz zasićene vodene pare sorpcijskog sredstva dobivenog u koraku b) zagrijavanjem zasićenog sorpcijskog sredstva vodene pare pomoću topline proizvedene u koraku j) kako bi se dobilo regenerirano sorpcijsko sredstvo vodene pare i para.
13. Postupak sukladno Zahtjevu 12, nadalje sadrži sljedeći korak:
l) pomoću pare dobivene u koraku k) kako bi se odvojio barem dio alkohola iz fermentacijske smjese u koraku g) pomoću skidanja ili destilacije i/ili zagrijavanjem posude za kristalizaciju na temperaturu kristalizacije.
14. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu je sorpcijsko sredstvo vodene pare molekularno sito.
15. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 14, pri čemu je sorpcijsko sredstvo vodene pare molekularno sito s porama minimalnog promjera od 3.0 do 3.5 Å
16. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu je temperatura kristalizacije od 60 do 90 °C.
