Abstract

processo para a cristalização de um composto solúvel em água a invenção se refere a um processo para a cristalização de um composto solúvel em água a partir de uma solução compreendendo as seguintes etapas; a) fornecer, em um recipiente de cristalização, uma solução do composto solúvel em água em uma mistura de água e um solvente no qual o composto solúvel em água tem uma solubilidade menor do que na água; b) passar a fase de vapor da mistura através de uma zona de sorção contendo um adsorvente de vapor de água para seletivamente adsorver água a partir da fase de vapor para obter uma fase de vapor empobrecida em água e enriquecida no solvente e adsorvente de vapor de água saturado em água; c) enriquecer a mistura no recipiente de cristalização no solvente pela reciclagem de pelo menos parte da fase de vapor empobrecida em água e enriquecida no solvente para o recipiente de cristalização ou retirar a fase de vapor empobrecida em água do processo e adicionar solvente a partir de uma fonte externa para o recipiente de cristalização; d) permitir que cristais sólidos do composto solúvel em água se precipitem a partir da solução no recipiente de cristalização em uma temperatura de cristalização; e e) descarregar os cristais sólidos precipitados do composto solúvel em água a partir do recipiente de cristalização e descarregar uma solução do composto solúvel em água não cristalizado na mistura de água-solvente a partir do recipiente de cristalização. a invenção se refere adicionalmente a um processo para a fabricação de sacarose cristalina a partir do suco de açúcar de palmeira ou biomassa contendo sacarose compreendendo tal processo de cristalização.
