Claims (13)
1. Sustav za dekontaminiranje, osobito namijenjen upotrebi u farmaceutskim tehnologijama, koji sadrži komoru (3) za dekontaminiranje, osobito izolacijsku komoru, kao i napravu za čišćenje (7), za izvlačenje plinovitog i/ili parovitog medija za dekontaminiranje, osobito vodikovog peroksida, iz okolnog zraka, gdje je naprava za čišćenje (7) tako smještena da okolni zrak može kružiti kroz nju uz pomoć najmanje jednog ventilatora (5), gdje naprava za čišćenje (7) sadrži ili se sastoji od nosive strukture obložene reaktivnom ili katalitički djelotvornom tvari, osobito MnO2 ili paladijem, naznačen time što nosiva struktura je konstruirana kao struktura od metalne pjene s otvorenim porama.
2. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što tvar se uklanja elektrolitički.
3. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što naprava za čišćenje (7) se nalazi u komori osiguravanje kruženja zraka (4), a osobito se nalazi iznad komore (3) za dekontaminiranje, ili u vodu za kruženje zraka (40), i osobito je konstruirana kao obilazak između voda za svježi zrak kojeg se može zatvoriti (34) i voda za izvučeni zrak kojeg se može zatvoriti (19).
4. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ventilator (5) je ventilator za kruženje zraka, namijenjen za osiguravanje kružnog protok zraka, za vrijeme rada komore (3) za dekontaminiranje.
5. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što nizvodno od ventilatora (5) u smjeru protoka se nalazi visokodjelotvorni filtar za čestice (9), osobito ULPA filtar ili HEPA filtar, te što se naprava za čišćenje (7) nalazi uzvodno od visokodjelotvornog filtra za čestice (9), u smjeru protoka, osobito između ventilatora (5) i filtra za čestice.
6. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što nizvodno od visokodjelotvornog filtra za čestice (9), u smjeru protoka, se nalazi membrana (11), kako bi se osiguralo laminarni protok, osobito uz brzinu protoka od otprilike 0,45 m/s, te što se medij za dekontaminiranje može dovesti u zonu iznad membrane (11).
7. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što dodana je naprava za dobavljanje (16), koja po mogućnosti sadrži isparivač (23), radi dobavljanja plinovitog i/ili parovitog medija za dekontaminiranje, te što je dodan vod za izvučeni zrak (19), radi izvlačenja suvišnog medija za dekontaminiranje za vrijeme faze kondicioniranja.
8. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadrži napravu za kondicioniranje svježeg zraka (29), namijenjenu za kondicioniranje i dobavljanje svježeg zrak, gdje je naprava za kondicioniranje svježeg zraka (29) tako osmišljena da se može upotrijebiti za osiguravanje volumnog protoka svježeg zraka, što može dovesti do izmjene zraka od manje od 160 puta ili manje od 100 puta ili manje od 50 puta u komori (3) za dekontaminiranje i svim komorama povezanom s tom komorom u terminima tehnologije protoka.
9. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što komora (3) za dekontaminiranje je konstruirana kao manipulacijska komora za biološke ili farmaceutske tehnologije ili kao radna komora za farmaceutske tvari ili kao komora za punjenje, opremljena napravom za punjenje, za punjenje farmaceutskih tvari, ili sadrži najmanje jednu takvu komoru.
10. Sustav za dekontaminiranje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što volumen komore (3) za dekontaminiranje je najmanje 0,8 dm3, po mogućnosti najmanje 1 m3 ili 5 m3, po mogućnosti najmanje 10 m3, osobito po mogućnosti najmanje 20 m3 ili najmanje 100 m3.
11. Postupak uklanjanja plinovitog i/ili parovitog medija za dekontaminiranje, osobito pare vodikovog peroksida, iz komore (3) za dekontaminiranje, uz pomoć sustava u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što okolni zrak komore (3) za dekontaminiranje kruži uz pomoć ventilatora (5) kroz napravu za čišćenje (7), uz pomoć koje se medij za dekontaminiranje može katalitički ukloniti iz okolnog zraka.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što u najmanju ruku za vrijeme najduljeg vremenskog perioda, za vrijeme faze kondicioniranja, tijekom čega se dodaje medij za dekontaminiranje i/ili za vrijeme radne faze, tijekom čega medij za dekontaminiranje izvršava svoje dekontaminirauće djelovanje, ventilator (5) se ugasi ili ostaje ugašen.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11 ili patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što za vrijeme faze kondicioniranja i/ili za vrijeme faze dekontaminiranja, vod za izvučeni zrak (19), namijenjen za izvlačenje okolnog zraka obogaćenog medijem za dekontaminiranje iz komore za dekontaminiranje je otvoren i/ili što dok okolni zrak kruži kroz napravu za čišćenje (7), dodatni svježi zrak se dodaje kroz vod za svježi zrak (34).
