Claims (10)

1. Čista kultura soja nazvanog AH2 vrste Bacillus velezensis, kao i njegovi mutanti, naznačena time što imaju visoku antifungalnu aktivnost i naročito protiv fitopatogenih gljivica s obzirom na njihov kapacitet za proizvodnju antagonističkih supstanci, kao i dobar kapacitet za stimuliranje rasta biljaka, koji soj je sposoban otapati fosfate, proizvoditi indol-3-octenu kiselinu i siderofore, kao i sposobnost stvaranja 1-aminociklopropan-1-karboksilne kiseline (ACC) kao isključivog izvora dušika, koji soj je deponiran kod Spanish Type Culture Collection (CECT) pod brojem CECT-7221.
2. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka, naznačen time što sadrži održive stanice Bacillus velezensis soja AH2 CECT-7221.
3. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem zahtjeva 2, naznačen time što su navedene održive stanice u obliku spora.
4. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem zahtjeva 2 ili 3, naznačen time što su mikrobne stanice dobivene putem potopljenog postupka fermentiranja u kojem se ostvaruju koncentracije spora veće od 109 CFU/ml.
5. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem zahtjeva 2 ili 3, naznačen time što sadrži ukupnu koncentraciju spora veću od 109 CFU/ml.
6. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem jednog od zahtjeva 2 do 5, naznačen time što između ostalog sadrži, osim bakterijskih stanica, supernatant kulture sa organskom tvari i supstance sa antifungalnom aktivnošću.
7. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem zahtjeva 2, naznačen time što ostvaruje stabilnost na ambijentalnoj temperaturi ne manje od 6 mjeseci.
8. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem zahtjeva 7, naznačen time što je stabilnost osigurana putem mikrobnog rasta inhibitorskih supstanci.
9. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačen time što je supstanca koja inhibira mikrobni rast izabrana od jedne ili više organskih kiselina koje se koriste kao konzervansi.
10. Proizvod za biološku kontrolu fitopatogenih gljivica i stimuliranje rasta biljaka temeljem zahtjeva 2 do 9, naznačen time što ima visoku aktivnost kad se nanosi putem špricanja lišća.
