Claims (12)
1. Postupak pirolize biomase, koji uključuje korake:
transportiranja pomoću prvog transportnog sredstva (12, 70) polaznog materijala biomase i medija za prijenos topline od ulaznog otvora polaznog materijala biomase (22, 64) te od ulaznog otvora medija za prijenos topline kroz zonu pirolize uređaja za pirolizu biomase (10, 50), u svrhu proizvodnje barem krutih i plinovitih produkata pirolize biomase; i transportiranje pomoću drugog transportnog sredstva (18, 80) barem dijela krutih produkata od izlaznog otvora (90) iz zone pirolize natrag u ulazni otvor medija za prijenos topline, naznačen time, da
uređaj za pirolizu biomase je peć za sušenje s elisom/svrdlom; prvo transportno sredstvo je elisa/svrdlo;
drugo transportno sredstvo je elisa/svrdlo; drugo transportno sredstvo (18) transportira barem dio krutih produkata kroz peć za sušenje s elisom/svrdlom i izložen je toplinskom kontaktu s prvim transportnim sredstvom (12) u zoni pirolize unutar peći za sušenje s elisom/svrdlom; i
prvo i drugo transportno sredstvo (12, 70, 18, 80) smješteni su u međusobnom odnosu tako da jedno od njih opkoljava barem dio drugoga ili tako da su jedan tik uz drugoga.
2. Postupak pirolize biomase prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je drugo transportno sredstvo (18, 80) položeno prstenasto oko prvog transportnog sredstva (12, 70).
3. Postupak pirolize biomase prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da medij za prijenos topline uključuje krute toplinske kuglice koje prenose toplinsku energiju.
4. Postupak pirolize biomase prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedeni kruti produkti pirolize uključuju ugljen i pri tom medij za prijenos topline barem djelomično sadrži ugljen.
5. Postupak pirolize biomase prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da je maseni odnos biomase prema ugljenu od 1:1 do 1:20.
6. Postupak plinofikacije koji obuhvaća postupak pirolize biomase prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da se parni i/ili plinoviti produkti iz postupka pirolize biomase dobivaju na ulaznom dijelu postupka plinofikacije biomase.
7. Postupak plinofikacije biomase prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da se postupak pirolize odvija pod tlakom većim od atmosferskog tlaka barem za 50 mbar.
8. Uređaj za pirolizu biomase (10, 50), koji ima:
ulazni otvor za polazni materijal biomase (22, 64); ulazni otvor medija za prijenos topline;
prvo transportno sredstvo (12, 70) za transportiranje polaznog materijala biomase i medija za prijenos topline kroz zonu za pirolizu uređaja za pirolizu (10, 50);
izlazni otvor (90) za krute produkte pirolize biomase; i
drugo transportno sredstvo (18, 80) za transportiranje barem dijela krutih produkata pirolize biomase natrag u ulazni otvor medija za prijenos topline, tako da medij za prijenos topline obuhvaća spomenute krute produkte iz pirolize biomase, naznačen time, da:
uređaj za pirolizu biomase je peć za sušenje s elisom/svrdlom;
prvo transportno sredstvo je elisa/svrdlo;
drugo transportno sredstvo je elisa/svrdlo; drugo transportno sredstvo (18) se proteže kroz peć za sušenje s elisom/svrdlom i izloženo je toplinskom kontaktu s prvim transportnim sredstvom (12) u zoni pirolize unutar peći za sušenje s elisom/svrdlom; i
prvo i drugo transportno sredstvo (12, 70, 18, 80) smješteni su u međusobnom odnosu tako da jedno od njih opkoljava barem dio drugoga ili tako da su jedan tik uz drugoga.
9. Uređaj za pirolizu biomase prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da je drugo transportno sredstvo (18, 80) položeno prstenasto oko prvog transportnog sredstva (12, 70).
10. Uređaj za pirolizu biomase prema zahtjevu 8 ili 9, naznačen time, da ima ulazni otvor za vodu i/ili zrak (28) za uvođenje zraka i/ili vode u drugo transportno sredstvo (18, 80) za reakciju s ugljenom koji se transportira putem drugog transportnog sredstva (18, 80).
11. Uređaj za pirolizu biomase prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 10, naznačen time, da medij za prijenos topline uključuje krute toplinske kuglice koje prenose toplinsku energiju.
12. Uređaj za plinofikaciju biomase koji obuhvaća uređaj za pirolizu biomase prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 11, naznačen time, da se parni i/ili plinoviti produkti iz postupka pirolize biomase dobivaju na ulaznom otvoru uređaja za plinofikaciju biomase.
