Claims (15)
1. Smjesa dvodijelnog sredstva za brtvljenje izolacijskog stakla koja sadrži:
prvi dio koji sadrži polimer izabran između poliuretana sa silanom na kraju ili polieter sa silanom na kraju uz di- ili tri-funkcionalne završne skupine, gdje su di- ili tri-funkcionalne završne skupine alkoksi skupine, gdje je taj polimer prisutan u količini do 100% težine prvog dijela smjese sredstva za brtvljenje; i
drugi dio koji sadrži plastifikator kompatibilan s polimerom i punilo koje sadrži barem 0.5% težine ostatne vode, gdje punilo sadrži barem jedno tiksotropno reološko punilo, i gdje je punilo prisutno u količini od 80-20% težine drugog dijela smjese sredstva za brtvljenje;
gdje su prvi i drugi dio međusobno razdvojeni;
gdje količina polimera prisutnog u prvom dijelu predstavlja 4-50% težine prvog i drugog dijela uzetih zajedno, i
gdje, u uporabi, prvi i drugi dio se miješaju radi dobivanja suhe tvari čija je tvrdoća po 48-satnom Shore A indeksu u rasponu od 25-70, modul granice izdržljivosti u rasponu od 0.4 - 2.0 mPa i naprezanje pri lomu u rasponu od 20 - 100%, gdje se modul granice izdržljivosti i naprezanje pri lomu mjere sukladno postupcima opisanim u dijelu opisa izuma pod naslovom "Maximum Load at Failure, Modulus at Failure and Strain at Break" (“Maksimalni teret izdržljivosti, modul granice izdržljivosti i naprezanje pri lomu”).
2. Smjesa prema zahtjevu 1, gdje polimer ima sadržaj alkoksi skupine od 0.35-0.70 mmol/g.
3. Smjesa prema zahtjevu 2, gdje polimer ima sadržaj metoksi skupine od 0.35-0.70 mmol/g.

Smjesa prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje punilo sadrži taloženi kalcijev karbonat i mljeveni kalcijev karbonat, i gdje je taloženi kalcijev karbonat prisutan u količini od 10-100% težine ukupnog punila, i mljeveni kalcijev karbonat prisutan je u količini od 0-90% težine smjese ukupnog punila.
10. Postupak formiranja suhog sredstva za brtvljenje izolacijskog stakla koji obuhvaća korake:
(a) nanošenje prvog dijela dvodijelne smjese sredstva za brtvljenje i drugog dijela dvodijelne smjese sredstva za brtvljenje na supstrat; gdje
prvi dio sadrži polimer izabran između poliuretana sa silanom na kraju ili polieter sa silanom na kraju uz di- ili tri-funkcionalne završne skupine, gdje su di- ili tri-funkcionalne završne skupine alkoksi skupine, gdje je taj polimer prisutan u količini do 100% težine prvog dijela smjese sredstva za brtvljenje; i gdje
drugi dio sadrži plastifikator kompatibilan s polimerom i punilo koje sadrži barem 0.5% težine ostatne vode, gdje punilo sadrži barem jedno reološko punilo, i gdje je punilo prisutno u količini od 80-20% težine drugog dijela smjese sredstva za brtvljenje; i gdje
količina polimera prisutnog u prvom dijelu predstavlja 4-50% težine prvog i drugog dijela uzetih zajedno, i
(b) ostavljanje da se prvi i drugi dio osuše tako da se odvije reakcija između prvog i drugog dijela te da se formira suho sredstvo za brtvljenje izolacijskog stakla gdje ta suha tvar sredstva za brtvljenje ima tvrdoću po 48-satnom Shore A indeksu u rasponu od 25-70, gdje se modul granice izdržljivosti u rasponu od 0.4 - 2.0 mPa i naprezanje pri lomu u rasponu od 20 – 100%.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, gdje suha smjesa ima radni vijek prema Wallace indeksu od 0-60 minuta i tvrdoću po 4-satnom Shore A indeksu u rasponu od 10-50, gdje se radni vijek prema Wallace indeksu mjeri sukladno postupku opisanom u dijelu opisa izuma pod naslovom "Wallace Work Life".
12. Suha tvar sredstva za brtvljenje koje se može dobiti postupkom prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11.
13. Uporaba smjese prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 do 9 u strukturi izolacijskog stakla.
14. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 13, gdje je struktura izolacijskog stakla prozor ili vrata.
15. Prozor ili vrata koja su sastavljena od dvije paralelne ploče stakla i suhe tvari sredstva za brtvljenje prema zahtjevu 12 između tih staklenih ploča.
