Claims (12)

1. Uređaj za odašiljanje barem jednog emitiranog signala s podacima na vodu na fizičkom sloju (eng. Physical Layer Pipe, PLP) za prenošenje toka usluge, a uređaj obuhvaća: sredstva (702-0) za vanjsko kodiranje PLP podataka; sredstva (303) za provjeru parnosti niske gustoće (eng. Low Density Parity Check, LDPC), koja kodiraju vanjski kodirane PLP podatke za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka i izlaz, okvir za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka (eng. forward error correction Frame, FECFrame) za LDPC kodirane PLP podatke; sredstva (704-0) za mapiranje FEC okvira na konstelaciji kvadraturne amplitudne modulacije (eng. Quadrature Amplitude Modulation, QAM) radi građenja kompleksnog okvira za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka (XFECFrame); sredstva (705-0) za umetanje zaglavlja okvira FECFrame ispred okvira XFECFrame; sredstva (706-0) za građenje barem jednog paketa podatkovnih komada na temelju XFECFrame i FECFrame zaglavlja; sredstva (708-0) za podatke koji se naizmjenično isprepliću vremenski u izgrađenom paketu podatkovnih komada; sredstva (709-0) za frekvencijsko ispreplitanje podataka koji su vremenski naizmjenično isprepleteni; i sredstva (711) za građenje signalnog okvira na temelju pilot i podatkovnih simbola, pri čemu pilot simboli obuhvaćaju Sloj 1, L1, blokove i podatkovni simboli obuhvaćaju frekvencijski isprepletene podatke i gdje pilot simboli imaju L1 podatke za signaliziranje podatkovnih simbola, pri čemu pilot simbol obuhvaća L1 blokove ponovljene u frekvencijskoj domeni, svaki od L1 blokova ima 3408 sub-nosača, pri čemu L1 podaci za signaliziranje obuhvaćaju tip informacija u paketu podatkovnih komada, pri čemu tip informacija ukazuje uključuje li paket podatkovnih komada FECFrame zaglavlje ili ne, pri čemu paket podatkovnih komada obuhvaća XFEC okvir, kada tip informacija ukazuje na prvi tip paketa podatkovnih komada, i paket podatkovnih komada obuhvaća XFEC okvir i FECFrame zaglavlje kada tip informacija ukazuje na drugi tip paketa podatkovnih komada.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, uređaj dalje obuhvaća: sredstva (702-L1) za kodiranje L1 signalnih informacija.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, gdje L1 signalne informacije obuhvaćaju FEC tip informacija PLP podataka.
4. Postupak odašiljanja barem jednog emitiranog signala s PLP podacima za prenošenje toka usluge, postupak obuhvaća: vanjsko kodiranje PLP podataka; LDPC kodiranje vanjski kodiranih PLP podataka, za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka i izlaz, okvir za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka (FECFrame) za LDPC kodirane PLP podatke; mapiranje FEC okvira na konstelaciji kvadraturne amplitudne modulacije (QAM) radi građenja kompleksnog okvira za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka (XFECFrame); umetanje zaglavlja FEC okvira ispred XFECFrame; građenje barem jednog paketa podatkovnih komada na temelju XFECFrame i FECFrame zaglavlja; podatke koji se naizmjenično isprepliću vremenski u izgrađenom paketu podatkovnih komada; frekvencijsko ispreplitanje podataka koji su vremenski naizmjenično isprepleteni; i građenje signalnog okvira na temelju pilot i podatkovnih simbola, pri čemu pilot simboli obuhvaćaju Sloj 1, L1, blokove i podatkovni simboli obuhvaćaju frekvencijski isprepletene podatke i gdje pilot simboli imaju L1 podatke za signaliziranje podatkovnih simbola, pri čemu pilot simboli obuhvaćaju L1 blokove ponovljene u frekvencijskoj domeni, svaki od L1 blokova ima 3408 sub-nosača, pri čemu L1 podaci za signaliziranje obuhvaćaju tip informacija u paketu podatkovnih komada, pri čemu tip informacija ukazuje uključuje li paket podatkovnih komada zaglavlje ili ne, pri čemu paket podatkovnih komada obuhvaća XFEC okvir, kada tip informacija ukazuje na prvi tip paketa podatkovnih komada, i paket podatkovnih komada obuhvaća XFEC okvir i FECFrame zaglavlje kada tip informacija ukazuje na drugi tip paketa podatkovnih komada.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, postupak dalje obuhvaća; kodiranje L1 signalnih informacija.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, gdje L1 signalne informacije obuhvaćaju FEC tip informacija PLP podataka.

Uređaj za primanje barem jednog emitiranog signala s PLP podacima za prenošenje toka usluge, a uređaj obuhvaća: sredstva (r105) za primanje barem jednog emitiranog signala sa signalnim okvirom; sredstva (r103) za analizu signalnog okvira uključujući pilot simbole i podatkovne simbole, gdje pilot simboli obuhvaćaju Sloj 1, L1, blokove i podatkovni simboli obuhvaćaju podatkovne komade s PLP podacima i pri čemu pilot simboli imaju L1 podatke za signaliziranje podatkovnih simbola, pri čemu pilot simboli obuhvaćaju L1 blokove ponovljene u frekvencijskoj domeni, svaki od L1 blokova ima 3408 sub-nosača; sredstva (r709) za frekvencijsko rasplitanje podataka u analiziranom signalnom okviru; sredstva (r710) za vremensko rasplitanje podataka koji su frekvencijski raspleteni na razini podatkovnog komada; sredstva (r711) za izlaz paketa podatkovnih komada koji imaju PLP podatke iz podatkovnog komada; pri čemu L1 signalne informacije obuhvaćaju tip informacije paketa podatkovnih komada, gdje tip informacije ukazuje na to uključuje li svaki od paketa podataka zaglavlje ili ne; sredstva (r712) za dobivanje zaglavlja iz paketa podatkovnih komada prema tipu informacije; sredstva (r303) za dekodiranje podataka u paketima podatkovnih komada za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka, FEC pomoću LDPC sheme za dekodiranje; i sredstva (r715-C) za vanjsko dekodiranje LDPC dekodiranih podataka.
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 7, pri čemu uređaj dalje obuhvaća; sredstva (r715-L1) za dekodiranje L1 signalnih informacija.
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 7, gdje L1 signalna informacija obuhvaća FEC tip informacije PLP podataka u paketima podatkovnih komada.

Postupak primanja barem jednog emitiranog signala s PLP podacima za prenošenje toka usluge, a postupak obuhvaća: primanje barem jednog emitiranog signala sa signalnim okvirom; analizu signalnog okvira uključujući pilot i podatkovne simbole gdje pilot simboli obuhvaćaju Sloj 1, L1, blokove i podatkovni simboli obuhvaćaju podatkovne komade s PLP podacima i pri čemu pilot simboli imaju L1 podatke za signaliziranje podatkovnih simbola, pri čemu pilot simboli obuhvaćaju L1 blokove ponovljene u frekvencijskoj domeni, svaki od L1 blokova ima 3408 sub-nosača; frekvencijsko rasplitanje podataka u analiziranom signalnom okviru; vremensko rasplitanje podataka koji su frekvencijski raspleteni na razini podatkovnog komada; izlaz paketa podatkovnih komada koji imaju PLP podatke iz podatkovnog komada; pri čemu L1 signalne informacije obuhvaćaju tip informacije paketa podatkovnih komada, gdje tip informacije ukazuje na to uključuje li svaki od paketa podataka zaglavlje ili ne; dobivanje zaglavlja iz paketa podatkovnih komada prema tipu informacije; dekodiranje podataka u paketima podatkovnih komada za unaprijedno ispravljanje pogrešaka, FEC pomoću LDPC sheme za dekodiranje; i vanjsko dekodiranje LDPC dekodiranih podataka.

12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, gdje L1 signalna informacija obuhvaća FEC tip informacije PLP podataka u paketima podatkovnih komada.
