Claims (8)

1. Uređaj koji može primiti patrone (21) za pripremu pića na način infuzije, taj uređaj obuhvaća infuzijski dio (10), koji ima: klizište (30) kojim se uvodi jedna patrona (21); ručicu (13) koja upravlja klipom (16); taj se klip može pomicati pravocrtnim smjerom i ima prvi položaj mirovanja i drugi radni položaj; komoru (24) koja je prikladna za primanje patrone; klizište (30) je smješteno u međupoložaju između tog prvog položaja mirovanja i drugog radnog položaja, naznačeno time što klizište ima unaprijed postavljeni položaj mirovanja tako da je patrona (21) smještena da miruje na rubu komore (24).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što je u položaju mirovanja klizište nagnuto u odnosu na okomicu pod kutom između 10° i 50°.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što klizište (30) ima vrh i što je udaljenost između tog vrha, u položaju mirovanja, i vanjskog ruba komore (24) manja od visine patrone (21).
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je udaljenost između klipa (16) u njegovom prvom položaju mirovanja i vanjskog ruba komore (24) jednaka ili veća od promjera patrone (21).
5. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što infuzijski dio (10) ima ručicu (13) spojenu za klip (16) preko spojne šipke (15).
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što klip (16) obuhvaća bočne projekcije vodilice za svoje pravocrtno kretanje.
7. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što klip iznutra ima cijevi (20) za prolaz vode.
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što je u dnu komore (20) smještena elastična opruga (26).
