Abstract
一种饮料制备装置及饮料制备设备,该饮料制备装置包括安装支架(20)、固定组件(30)、滑动组件(40)、转动件(50)和驱动组件(70),其中,固定组件固定安装于安装支架的一端;滑动组件安装于安装支架,并可相对于固定组件运动;转动件安装于安装支架的一端,并可相对于安装支架转动,用于使得使用后的饮料胶囊掉落;驱动组件安装于安装支架,并且与滑动组件连接,驱动组件用于驱动滑动组件相对于固定组件运动。通过上述方式,转动件在相对于安装支架转动的过程中,可将使用后的饮料胶囊从胶囊腔中拨出或者推出,以使得饮料胶囊可由胶囊腔中掉落至饮料制备装置外部。
Description
本发明涉及饮料制备设备技术领域,特别是涉及饮料制备装置及饮料制备设备。
饮料胶囊是一种已经研磨好的饮料粉末的预包装方式,在制作这种饮料胶囊时,会将研磨好经过特殊处理制成的饮料粉末密封在类似于“水果冻”的铝箱空间内,同时在饮料胶囊中充满无毒的惰性气体,起到延长保质期和再次灭菌的作用,能有效杜绝饮料粉末抵接空气后变酸、氧化等问题。
目前市面上的饮料制备设备的冲泡装置是将饮料胶囊放入容纳腔中,通过连杆机构驱动刺穿装置将饮料胶囊刺穿,从刺破口中注入沸水,完成饮料的冲泡。上述方式操作简单,但缺点在于:在将饮料胶囊放入容纳腔内使用完后,很难将该饮料胶囊的壳从容纳腔内取出。
发明内容
本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于饮料制备设备的饮料制备装置,包括:
安装支架;
固定组件,固定安装于所述安装支架的一端;
滑动组件,安装于所述安装支架,并可相对于所述固定组件运动;
转动件,所述转动件安装于所述安装支架的一端,并可相对于所述安装支架转动,用于使得使用后的饮料胶囊掉落;
驱动组件,安装于所述安装支架,并且与所述滑动组件连接,所述驱动组件用于驱动所述滑动组件相对于所述固定组件运动。
在一些实施例中,所述饮料制备装置还包括弹性抵持件,所述弹性抵持件的一端抵持所述安装支架,另一端抵持所述转动件。
在一些实施例中,所述转动件共有两个,两个所述转动件分别安装于所述安装支架的两相对侧。
在一些实施例中,所述转动件包括转动部、拨动部、连接部和阻挡部,所述转动部呈圆柱状,所述拨动部固定连接于所述转动部的侧面,用于拨动饮料胶囊;所述连接部连接于所述转动部和所述阻挡部之间;所述转动部与所述安装支架铰接;所述滑动组件包括有凸块,所述凸块设置有斜面,所述斜面用于抵持所述阻挡部,并使得所述转动件相对于所述安装支架转动。
在一些实施例中,所述连接部设置有通孔;所述弹性抵持件套设于所述转动部,所述弹性抵持件的一端插入所述通孔,所述弹性抵持件的另一端固定连接于所述安装支架。
在一些实施例中,所述安装支架包括第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁和第四侧壁,所述第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁和第四侧壁依次相互连接形成筒状;所述安装支架内部形成允许所述滑动组件运动的收容空间。
在一些实施例中,所述第二侧壁的内表面设置有第一引导槽,所述第三侧壁的内表面设置有第二引导槽;所述滑动组件的左右两侧分别设置有销轴,两个所述销轴分别插入所述第一引导槽和第二引导槽内,并可沿所述第一引导槽和第二引导槽内滑动。
在一些实施例中,所述安装支架还包括底壁,所述底壁分别与第二侧壁的一端和第三侧壁的一端固定连接;所述固定组件固定安装于所述底壁。
在一些实施例中,所述安装支架还包括安装件和固定件,所述安装件共有两个,分别安装于所述第二侧壁靠近所述底壁一端的外表面和所述第三侧壁靠近所述底壁一端的外表面;所述第二侧壁靠近所述底壁一端的外表面和所述第三侧壁靠近所述底壁一端的外表面分别设置有第一固定柱和第二固定柱所述固定件共有两个,分别安装于所述第一固定柱和第二固定柱。
在一些实施例中,所述转动件包括转动部、拨动部、连接部和阻挡 部,所述转动部呈圆柱状,所述拨动部固定连接于所述转动部的侧面,用于拨动饮料胶囊;所述连接部连接于所述转动部和所述阻挡部之间;所述转动部与所述安装支架铰接;所述转动部的一端铰接于所述第二侧壁靠近所述底壁一端的外表面或所述第三侧壁靠近所述底壁一端的外表面;所述转动部的另一端铰接于固定件。
在一些实施例中,所述所述弹性抵持件为一种扭簧,所述弹性抵持件套设于所述转动件的转动部,所述弹性抵持件的一端插入所述通孔内,另一端套设于所述第一固定柱或第二固定柱,所述弹性抵持件用于为转动件提供扭转力。
在一些实施例中,所述固定组件包括注入机构和密封垫;所述滑动组件设置有用于收容饮料胶囊的容纳腔,所述容纳腔与所述密封垫相互扣合,使得所述密封垫密封所述容纳腔。
在一些实施例中,所述滑动组件包括胶囊杯、凸块、销轴、安装座、垫圈、密封圈和刺破部件,所述胶囊杯安装于所述安装座内,并可相对于所述安装座滑动;所述凸块共有两个,分别固定安装于所述安装座的左右两侧;所述销轴共有两个分别设置于所述安装座的左右两侧;所述垫圈设置于所述胶囊杯和所述安装座之间,用于调节所述胶囊杯和所述安装座之间的间距;所述密封圈套设于所述胶囊杯的外侧面,用于密封所述胶囊杯的外侧面和所述安装座的内表面之间的间隙;所述刺破部件安装于所述胶囊杯内的底面,用于刺破饮料胶囊,使得饮料胶囊内形成的饮料可流出饮料胶囊。
本发明还采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种饮料制备设备包括以上所述的饮料制备装置。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明实施例中饮料制备装置包括转动件,所述转动件安装于所述安装支架的一端,并可相对于所述安装支架转动。转动件在相对于安装支架转动的过程中,可将使用后的饮料胶囊从胶囊腔中拨出或者推出,以使得饮料胶 囊可由胶囊腔中掉落至饮料制备装置外部。

本发明提供一种用于饮料制备设备的饮料制备装置,请参阅图1和图2,本发明其中一实施例提供的用于饮料制备设备的饮料制备装置100包括:安装支架20、固定组件30、滑动组件40、转动件50、弹性抵持件60和驱动组件70。所述固定组件30固定于所述安装支架20的一端,所述滑动组件40安装于所述安装支架20,并可相对于所述固定组件30运动。所述转动件50安装于所述安装支架20的一端,并可相对于所述安装支架20转动。所述弹性抵持件60的一端抵持所述安装支架20,另一端抵持所述转动件50。所述驱动组件70安装于所述安装支架20,并与所述滑动组件40连接。
所述安装支架20具有允许滑动组件40运动的收容空间。该安装支架20具体可以包括两个安装板,两个安装板大致相互平行,上述收容空间形成于两个安装板之间。或者,该安装支架20具体还可以为一体化结构,该安装支架20呈筒状,上述收容空间位于该安装支架20内。
所述安装支架20设置有引导所述滑动组件40相对于所述固定组件30运动的引导结构(或者可称之为导轨)。该引导结构与滑动组件40相互配合,并形成引导滑动组件40的运动轨迹。例如,所述安装支架20设置的引导结构为凸出于所述安装支架20一表面的引导条,相应的,所述滑动组件40设置有卡槽,所述滑动组件40通过该卡槽安装于所述安装支架20的引导条,并可沿所述引导条滑动。或者,所述安装支架20设置的引导结构为引导槽,相应的,所述滑动组件40设置有凸块或销轴,所述滑动组件40通过凸块或销轴安装于所述安装支架20的引导槽内,并可沿所述引导槽滑动。
如图3和图4所示,在本实施例中,所述安装支架20大致呈筒状。所述安装支架20包括第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22、第三侧壁23和第四侧壁24,所述第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22、第三侧壁23和第四侧壁24依次相互连接形成筒状。所述安装支架20内部形成具有允许滑动组件40运动的收容空间201。
当所述饮料制备装置100安装于饮料制备设备后,所述第一侧壁21位于滑动组件40的上方,第二侧壁22和第三侧壁23分别位于所述滑动组件40的左右侧,所述第四侧壁24位于滑动组件40的下方。所述第一侧壁21设置有可使饮料胶囊穿过的第一开口211。饮料胶囊可穿过该第一开口211由外部进入收容空间201内。所述第四侧壁24设置有可使胶囊穿过的第二开口241由收容空间201内下落至外部。
所述第二侧壁22和第三侧壁23彼此相对的表面为内表面。所述第二侧壁22的内表面设置有第一引导槽221,所述第三侧壁23的内表面设置有第二引导槽231。
所述安装支架20还包括底壁25,所述底壁25分别与所述第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22、第三侧壁23和第四侧壁24固定连接。在本实施例中,所述第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22、第三侧壁23和第四侧壁24以及底壁25可以为一体成型结构。当然在其它一些实施例中,所述第一侧壁21、第二侧壁22、第三侧壁23和第四侧壁24以及底壁25可通过螺纹连接或者卡扣连接的方式固定连接在一起。
所述安装支架20还包括安装件26和固定件27,所述安装件26共有两个,分别安装于所述第二侧壁22靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面和所述第三侧壁23靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面。所述第二侧壁22靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面和所述第三侧壁23靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面分别设置有第一固定柱222和第二固定柱232。所述固定件27共有两个,分别安装于所述第一固定柱222和第二固定柱232。
如图5所示,所述安装件26包括安装部261和止动部262,所述安装部261与所述止动部262固定连接。所述安装部261通过螺栓或者螺钉固定安装于所述第二侧壁22靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面或者所述 第三侧壁23靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面。所述止动部262用于限定所述转动件50相对于所述安装支架20的旋转角度。
如图6所示,固定件27的整体形状为长方体,该固定件27设置有用于与所述转动件50铰接的铰接孔271和用于与第一固定柱222或第二固定柱232配合的固定孔272。螺栓或者螺钉穿过所述固定孔272旋入所述第一固定柱222或第二固定柱232的一端,使得所述固定件27固定于所述第二侧壁22靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面或者所述第三侧壁23靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面。
显然,在本实施例中安装件26和固定件27为两个独立的零部件。安装件26用于向所述转动件50提供限定作用,以限定所述转动件50相对于所述安装支架20的旋转角度。固定件27用于与所述转动件50铰接,使得转动件50更加稳定的铰接于所述安装支架20。此种结构的优点在于,可便于转动件50更加方便快捷的安装于安装支架20。
可以理解的是,在其它一些实施例中,所述安装件26和固定件27可以设计成一个零部件。该零部件具有上述用于限定所述转动件50相对于所述安装支架20的旋转角度的止动部262和用于与所述转动件50铰接的铰接孔272。即,该零部件具有上述两种功能或作用。
如图7和图8所示,所述固定组件30固定安装于所述安装支架20,所述滑动组件40安装于所述安装支架20,并可相对于所述固定组件30运动。用于收容饮料胶囊的容纳结构设置于所述固定组件30或者滑动组件40。用于密封该容纳结构的密封结构和注入组件设置于滑动组件40或者固定组件30上。即,所述容纳结构设置于固定组件30,密封结构和注入机构设置于滑动组件40;或者,容纳结构设置于滑动组件40,密封结构和注入组件设置于固定组件30。
在本实施例中,固定组件30固定安装于所述底壁25。所述固定组件30包括注入机构和密封垫31(即密封结构)。所述注入机构用于向饮料胶囊内注入液体(例如,水或者苏打水),并使该液体与饮料胶囊内的饮料粉末融合形成饮料。
如图9所示,滑动组件40设置有用于收容饮料胶囊的容纳腔401 (即容纳结构)和凸块42以及销轴43。所述凸块42共有两个,分别固定安装于所述容纳腔401的左右两侧。所述容纳腔401与所述密封垫31相互扣合,使得所述密封垫31密封所述容纳腔401,以防止所述容纳腔401内的饮料从所述容纳腔401和密封垫31的连接处流出。所述销轴43共有两个分别位于所述容纳腔401的左右两侧。两个所述销轴43分别插入所述第一引导槽221和第二引导槽231内,并可沿所述第一引导槽221和第二引导槽231内滑动。
如图10和图11所示,滑动组件40具体包括胶囊杯41、凸块42、销轴43、安装座44、垫圈45、密封圈46和刺破部件47。胶囊杯41安装于安装座44上,并可相对于所述安装座44滑动。所述凸块42共有两个,分别固定安装于所述安装座44的左右两侧,所述销轴43共有两个分别设置于所述安装座44的左右两侧。所述垫圈45设置于所述胶囊杯41和安装座44之间,用于调节所述胶囊杯41和安装座44之间的间距。所述密封圈46套设于所述胶囊杯41的外侧面,用于密封所述胶囊杯41的外侧面和安装座44的内表面之间的间隙。所述刺破部件47安装于所述胶囊杯41内的底面,用于刺破饮料胶囊,使得饮料胶囊内形成的饮料可流出饮料胶囊。
上述胶囊杯41包括胶囊杯基体411、第一套环412和第二套环413,所述胶囊杯基体411呈圆筒状,所述第一套环412呈圆环状,所述第一套环412对接于所述胶囊杯基体411的开口。所述第二套环413呈圆环状,其内径等于或者略大于所述第一套环412的外径,所述第二套环413套设于所述胶囊杯基体411与所述第一套环412的连接处,使得所述第一套环412与所述胶囊杯基体411连接呈一个整体。上述胶囊杯基体41和第一套环412的内部形成所述容纳腔401。所述胶囊杯基体411的底面设置有通孔4111,可使得所述容纳腔401与所述安装座44连通。
安装座44呈圆筒状,其具有收容空间441,所述安装座44的底壁设置有出液管442,所述出液管442与所述收容空间441连通。所述出液管442内设置有单向阀(图未示),用于控制所述出液管442的通断,从而实现控制饮料是否从该出液管442流出。
垫圈45呈圆环状,所述垫圈45一侧面抵接于所述安装座44底壁内表面,另一侧面抵接于所述胶囊杯基体411底壁的外表面。所述安装座44底壁与所述胶囊杯基体411底壁之间具有间隙,所述胶囊杯基体411可在收容空间441内滑动,所述垫圈45用于调节所述胶囊杯41和安装座44之间的间距,从而使得该胶囊杯41可容纳不同尺寸或者不同型号的饮料胶囊,从而使得该饮料制备装置100的应用范围更加广泛。该垫圈45具体为一种硅胶圈。
密封圈46呈圆环状,其套设于所述胶囊杯基体411侧壁的外表面,用于密封所述胶囊杯基体411侧壁的外表面和收容空间441内侧面之间的间隙,从而防止由饮料胶囊进入收容空间441内的饮料液体从上述间隙流出,即,仅允许由饮料胶囊进入收容空间441内的饮料液体从出液管442流出。
转动件50可转动地安装于所述安装支架20。该转动件50将容纳腔401内的饮料胶囊从容纳腔401中推出,并使得该饮料胶囊有上述第二开口241自动掉落。
如图12所示,在本实施例中,所述转动件50包括转动部51、拨动部52、连接部53和阻挡部54。所述转动部51呈圆柱状,所述拨动部52固定连接于所述转动部51的侧面。所述连接部53连接于所述转动部51和所述阻挡部54之间。所述阻挡部54呈圆柱状,所述连接部53设置有通孔531。在所述转动件50的转动过程中,所述拨动部52用于将所述饮料胶囊由容纳腔401内推出或者拨出。所述转动部51与所述安装支架20铰接,具体的,所述转动部51的一端铰接于所述第二侧壁22靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面或所述第三侧壁23靠近所述底壁25一端的外表面;所述转动部51的另一端铰接于固定件27。
上述饮料胶囊可以是咖啡胶囊,其四周及环形边缘均为硬质材料制成。饮料胶囊的前后端面上密布有供水流通过的细孔,其为咖啡机中咖啡胶囊采用的常规结构。萃取时,饮料胶囊的主体进入容置腔401内,而环形边缘与容置腔401的开口贴合。所述拨动部52通过拨动环形边缘,将所述饮料胶囊由容纳腔401内推出。
所述凸块42设置有斜面421,所述斜面用于抵持所述阻挡部54,并使得所述转动部50相对于所述安装支架20转动。
为使得转动件50在完成一次拨动动作后,能够及时的恢复到初始位置,所述弹性抵持件60的一端固定连接于所述安装支架20,另一端固定连接于所述转动件50。弹性抵持件60具体可以为弹簧或者弹性带等。
在本实施例中,所述弹性抵持件60为一种扭簧。所述弹性抵持件60套设于所述转动件50的转动部51。所述弹性抵持件60的一端插入所述通孔531内,另一端套设于所述第一固定柱222或第二固定柱232。所述弹性抵持件60用于为转动件50提供扭转力,使得所述转动件50在完成一次拨动动作后,能够及时的恢复到初始位置。
驱动组件70安装于所述安装支架20,其用于驱动所述滑动组件40相对于所述固定组件30运动。该驱动组件70具体可以有多种实施方式。例如:驱动组件70包括一线性电机和驱动杆,所述线性电机通过所述驱动杆与所述滑动组件40连接,所述线性电机可通过所述驱动杆带动所述滑动组件40相对于所述固定组件30做往复直线运动。或者,驱动组件包括液压杆或气缸,所述液压杆或气缸与所述滑动组件40连接,用于带动所述滑动组件40相对于所述固定组件30做往复直线运动。又或者,所述驱动组件70包括一步进电机、螺杆和螺母,所述步进电机的转动轴与所述螺杆固定连接,并且转动轴与螺杆同轴。所述螺母套设于所述螺杆上,并且所述螺母与所述滑动组件40固定连接。所述步进电机可驱动螺杆转动,所述螺杆通过转动使得螺母沿螺杆的轴向运动,从而使得所述滑动组件40相对于所述固定组件30做往复直线运动。
如图13所示,在本实施例中,所述驱动组件70包括把手71和连杆机构72。所述把手71可转动安装于所述安装支架20的第一侧壁21。所述把手71通过所述连杆机构72与所述滑动组件40连接。转动所述把手71,可带动所述滑动组件40相对于所述固定组件30做往复直线运动。
所述把手71具有握持端和连接端,所述把手71的连接端具有第一 转轴711和第二转轴712。所述把手71通过所述第一转轴711与所述第一侧壁21铰接。
所述连接机构72包括第一连杆721、第二连杆722和第三连杆723。所述把手71通过所述第二转轴712与所述第一连杆721的一端铰接。所述第一连杆721的另一端与所述第二连杆722的一端铰接。所述第二连杆722的另一端与所述安装支架20的第二侧壁22和第三侧壁23铰接。所述第三连杆723的一端与所述第一连杆721的另一端以及所述第二连杆722的一端铰接。所述第三连杆723的另一端与所述滑动组件40铰接。
该饮料制备装置100具有两种位置状态,即第一位置状态和第二位置状态。当该饮料制备装置100处于第一位置状态时,所述固定组件30和所述滑动组件40之间的间距最大,所述把手71的握持端向上翘起,用户可通过所述第一开口211向收容空间201放入饮料胶囊。当该饮料制备装置100处于第二位置状态时,所述固定组件30和滑动组件40相互扣合,所述把手71与所述安装支架20的第一侧壁21大致平行。放入收容空间201内的饮料胶囊被推入容纳腔401内。即,饮料胶囊的主体进入容置腔401内,而环形边缘与容置腔401的开口贴合。
为使得饮料制备装置100能够锁定或者保持在上述两种位置状态中的任一种,该饮料制备装置100还包括弹性部件80,其具体可以为弹簧或者弹性带等。具体的,在本实施例中所述弹性部件80为一种弹簧,其一端固定连接于所述滑动组件40,另一端固定连接于所述安装支架20的第四侧壁24的外表面。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例中所述连杆机构72是将所述手柄71相对于所述安装支架20的旋转运动转换成所述滑动组件40的直线运动,因此所述连杆机构72的具体结构不做限制。在其它一些实施例中,所述连杆机构72包括第一、二、三、四和五连杆以及弹性部件,所述第一连杆的一端与所述手柄71铰接,所述第一连杆的另一端与所述第二连杆的一端铰接,所述第二连杆的中部与所述安装支架20铰接,所述第二连杆的另一端与所述第三连杆的一端铰接,所述第三连杆的另一 端与所述第四连杆的一端铰接,第四连杆的中部与所述第安装支架20铰接,所述第四连杆的另一端与所述第五连杆的一端铰接,所述第五连杆的另一端与所述滑动组件40铰接。所述弹性部件80的一端与所述第一连杆固定连接,所述弹性部件80的另一端与所述第三连杆固定连接。
本发明实施例提供的饮料制备装置100可应用于饮料制备设备中,其包括:转动件50,所述转动件50安装于所述安装支架20的一端,并可相对于所述安装支架20转动。转动件50在相对于安装支架20转动的过程中,可将使用后的饮料胶囊从胶囊腔中拨出或者推出,以使得饮料胶囊可由胶囊腔中掉落至饮料制备装置外部。

Claims (14)
- 一种用于饮料制备设备的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,包括:安装支架(20);固定组件(30),固定安装于所述安装支架(20)的一端;滑动组件(40),安装于所述安装支架,并可相对于所述固定组件(30)运动;转动件(50),所述转动件(50)安装于所述安装支架(20)的一端,并可相对于所述安装支架(20)转动,用于使得使用后的饮料胶囊掉落;驱动组件(70),安装于所述安装支架(20),并且与所述滑动组件(40)连接,所述驱动组件(70)用于驱动所述滑动组件(40)相对于所述固定组件(30)运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述饮料制备装置(100)还包括弹性抵持件(60),所述弹性抵持件(60)的一端抵持所述安装支架(20),另一端抵持所述转动件(50)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述转动件(50)共有两个,两个所述转动件(50)分别安装于所述安装支架(20)的两相对侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述转动件(50)包括转动部(51)、拨动部(52)、连接部(53)和阻挡部(54),所述转动部(51)呈圆柱状,所述拨动部(52)固定连接于所述转动部(51)的侧面,用于拨动饮料胶囊;所述连接部(53)连接于所述转动部(51)和所述阻挡部(54)之间;所述转动部(51)与所述安装支架(20)铰接;所述滑动组件(40)包括有凸块(42),所述凸块(42)设置有斜面(421),所述斜面用于抵持所述阻挡部(54),并使得所述转动件(50)相对于所述安装支架(20)转动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述连接部(53)设置有通孔(531);所述弹性抵持件(60)套设于所述转动部(51),所述弹性抵持件(60)的一端插入所述通孔(531),所述弹性抵持件(60)的另一端固定连接于所述安装支架(20)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述安装支架(20)包括第一侧壁(21)、第二侧壁(22)、第三侧壁(23)和第四侧壁(24),所述第一侧壁(21)、第二侧壁(22)、第三侧壁(23)和第四侧壁(24)依次相互连接形成筒状;所述安装支架(20)内部形成允许所述滑动组件(40)运动的收容空间(201)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述第二侧壁(22)的内表面设置有第一引导槽(221),所述第三侧壁(23)的内表面设置有第二引导槽(231);所述滑动组件(40)的左右两侧分别设置有销轴(43),两个所述销轴(43)分别插入所述第一引导槽(221)和第二引导槽(231)内,并可沿所述第一引导槽(221)和第二引导槽(231)内滑动。
- 根据权利要求7所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述安装支架(20)还包括底壁(25),所述底壁(25)分别与第二侧壁(22)的一端和第三侧壁(23)的一端固定连接;所述固定组件(30)固定安装于所述底壁(25)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述安装支架(20)还包括安装件(26)和固定件(27),所述安装件(26)共有两个,分别安装于所述第二侧壁(22)靠近所述底壁(25)一端的外表面和所述第三侧壁(23)靠近所述底壁(25)一端的外表面;所述第二侧壁(22)靠近所述底壁(25)一端的外表面和所述第三侧壁(23)靠近所述底壁(25)一端的外表面分别设置有第一固定柱(222)和第二固定柱(232)所述固定件(27)共有两个,分别安装于所述第一固定柱(222)和第二固定柱(232)。
- 根据权利要求9所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述转动件(50)包括转动部(51)、拨动部(52)、连接部(53)和阻挡部(54),所述转动部(51)呈圆柱状,所述拨动部(52)固定连接于所述转动部(51)的侧面,用于拨动饮料胶囊;所述连接部(53)连接于所述转动部(51)和所述阻挡部(54)之间;所述转动部(51)与所述安装支架(20)铰接;所述转动部(51)的一端铰接于所述第二侧壁(22)靠近所述底壁(25)一端的外表面或所述第三侧壁(23)靠近所述底壁(25)一端的外表面;所述转动部(51)的另一端铰接于固定件(27)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述所述弹性抵持件(60)为一种扭簧,所述弹性抵持件(60)套设于所述转动件(50)的转动部(51),所述弹性抵持件(60)的一端插入所述通孔(631)内,另一端套设于所述第一固定柱(222)或第二固定柱(232),所述弹性抵持件(60)用于为转动件(50)提供扭转力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述固定组件(30)包括注入机构和密封垫(31);所述滑动组件(40)设置有用于收容饮料胶囊的容纳腔(401),所述容纳腔(401)与所述密封垫(31)相互扣合,使得所述密封垫(31) 密封所述容纳腔(401)。
- 根据权利要求12所述的饮料制备装置(100),其特征在于,所述滑动组件(40)包括胶囊杯(41)、凸块(42)、销轴(43)、安装座(44)、垫圈(45)、密封圈(46)和刺破部件(47),所述胶囊杯(41)安装于所述安装座(44)内,并可相对于所述安装座(44)滑动;所述凸块(42)共有两个,分别固定安装于所述安装座(44)的左右两侧;所述销轴(43)共有两个分别设置于所述安装座(44)的左右两侧;所述垫圈(45)设置于所述胶囊杯(41)和所述安装座(44)之间,用于调节所述胶囊杯(41)和所述安装座(44)之间的间距;所述密封圈(46)套设于所述胶囊杯(41)的外侧面,用于密封所述胶囊杯(41)的外侧面和所述安装座(44)的内表面之间的间隙;所述刺破部件(47)安装于所述胶囊杯(41)内的底面,用于刺破饮料胶囊,使得饮料胶囊内形成的饮料可流出饮料胶囊。
- 一种饮料制备设备,其特征在于,所述饮料制备设备包括如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的饮料制备装置(100)。
