Description
本申请实施例涉及饮料制备机器领域,特别是涉及一种胶囊杯组件及包括该胶囊杯组件的冲泡装置。
咖啡胶囊是一种已经研磨好的咖啡粉的预包装方式,在制作这种咖啡胶囊时,会将研磨好经过特殊处理制成的咖啡粉密封在类似于“水果冻”的铝箱空间内,同时在咖啡胶囊中充满无毒的惰性气体,起到延长保质期和再次灭菌的作用,能有效杜绝普通咖啡豆或者咖啡粉接触空气后变酸、氧化等问题。
目前市面上的胶囊饮品机的冲泡装置是将咖啡胶囊放入胶囊杯中,通过手动或电动的方式驱动滑动组件运动,以使滑动组件上固定的刺破板(即承载有刺破针的板)将胶囊刺穿,然后从刺破口中注入高压沸水,完成咖啡的冲泡。然而,在冲泡过程中或冲泡完成后,胶囊内的残余压力会造成液体回流,使得刺破板与胶囊杯接触的部分结垢,影响下一次冲泡饮料的口感。
为便于对刺破板清洗,有的冲泡装置将刺破板设置在与胶囊杯铰接的翻盖上,例如,将刺破针附接到翻盖的内部并且从翻盖的内表面突出,以便在翻盖与胶囊杯锁定时能够刺穿胶囊壁,或者,将刺破针嵌入翻盖中,通过旋转翻盖中的致动部件,使得刺破针可相对胶囊杯平移移动,进入胶囊杯内刺穿胶囊壁。上述装置结构较复杂,不仅制造成本高,而且需要解锁、拧松等步骤,使用起来也较繁琐,此外,复杂的构造也妨碍了对一体结构的翻盖和胶囊杯进行清洁。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种新型结构的冲泡装置以克服上述缺点。
发明内容
本申请实施例主要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于清洗的胶囊杯 组件及包括该胶囊杯组件的冲泡装置,结构简单且操作简便。
为达到上述目的,本申请采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种胶囊杯组件,应用于饮料制备机器的冲泡装置,所述胶囊杯组件包括杯体基座和与所述杯体基座铰接的翻盖,所述杯体基座内设有用于容纳胶囊的容纳腔,所述翻盖包括上盖板和与所述上盖板连接的至少一个连接脚,所述连接脚转动连接于所述杯体基座上;
其中,所述上盖板上开设有贯通所述上盖板并与所述容纳腔连通的安装腔,所述安装腔内设置有刺破装置和第一弹性装置,当所述刺破装置受力向所述容纳腔内运动时,所述刺破装置带动所述第一弹性装置产生弹性形变。
可选地,所述杯体基座上还设置有按钮装置,所述按钮装置包括开关按钮和按钮压簧,所述按钮压簧的两端分别抵接于所述杯体基座和所述开关按钮,所述开关按钮与所述连接脚连接,以在所述开关按钮受力运动时,带动所述翻盖转动。
可选地,所述开关按钮包括按压部和连接部,所述按压部的上端突出于所述杯体基座的上端面,所述连接部连接于按压部的下端,且向所述容纳腔的方向水平延伸,所述连接部的末端与所述连接脚之间通过穿设于其中的活动轴连接。
在一实施例中,所述连接部的末端开设有供所述活动轴穿出的长轴槽,所述杯体基座的两侧对应开设有弧形的导向槽,所述长轴槽和所述导向槽用于在所述活动轴的运动过程中提供限位作用和导向作用。
可选地,所述杯体基座包括相互固定的主基座和前置盖,其中,所述前置盖包括固定部和手持部,所述固定部固定在所述主基座的下方,所述手持部的上端突出于所述主基座的上端面,且下端与所述固定部弧形连接。
在一些实施例中,所述上盖板的上表面向上延伸形成有突出部,所述上盖板的下表面向下延伸形成有与所述容纳腔卡合的卡合部,所述安装腔开设于自所述突出部至所述卡合部内。
可选地,所述卡合部的外侧套设有第一密封圈和第二密封圈。
在一些实施例中,所述安装腔靠近所述容纳腔的一端呈漏斗型,所述第一弹性装置的一端顶撑所述刺破装置的上端边缘,所述第一弹性装置的另一端支承在漏斗型的上端。
可选地,所述刺破装置包括进水支架和进水密封块,所述进水密封块套设在所述进水支架的下端外围,所述进水支架和所述进水密封块靠近所述容纳腔的一端均呈漏斗型;
所述进水支架内固定有刺破针,所述刺破针的针尖伸出所述进水密封块的末端,且未伸出所述安装腔。
本申请实施例还提供一种饮料制备机器的冲泡装置,包括固定座、滑动组件、驱动组件和如上所述的胶囊杯组件,其中,所述固定座内设有用于接纳所述胶囊杯组件的收容空间,通过所述驱动组件可驱动所述滑动组件向靠近所述收容空间的方向移动;
所述滑动组件上固定有向所述收容空间的方向突伸的流体注入装置,在所述滑动组件向靠近所述收容空间的方向移动的过程中,所述流体注入装置可推动所述胶囊杯组件内的刺破装置向所述容纳腔内运动。
可选地,所述胶囊杯组件的上盖板的上表面向下凹陷形成有至少一个定位部,所述滑动组件上活动安装有与所述定位部对应的定位柱,所述定位柱向所述收容空间的方向突伸,且所述定位柱向所述收容空间的方向突伸的距离大于所述流体注入装置向所述收容空间的方向突伸的距离。
在一实施例中,所述滑动组件包括相互固定的滑动套和滑动套盖,所述滑动套内设置有收容孔,所述定位柱穿出所述收容孔后向所述收容空间的方向突伸,在定位柱和滑动套盖之间设置有第二弹性装置。
可选地,所述滑动组件还包括固定于所述滑动套的卡扣件,所述卡扣件上固定有所述流体注入装置,所述滑动套上设置有通孔,所述流体注入装置穿出所述通孔后向所述收容空间的方向突伸。
在一些实施例中,所述固定座上设置有第一开关和辅助按压装置,所述第一开关固定于所述收容空间的上方,所述辅助按压装置包括凸伸入所述收容空间的推杆,以及下端与所述推杆垂直固定连接的按压臂;
所述按压臂的中部还转动连接在所述固定座上,在所述胶囊杯组件向所述收容空间内运动的过程中,所述推杆可带动所述按压臂的上端向所述第一开关的方向转动。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动组件通过滑动轴与所述滑动组件连接,所述固定座的两侧对应开设有供所述滑动轴滑动的滑槽,且所述滑动轴的两端伸出所述滑槽,所述滑槽用于在所述滑动轴的运动过程中提供导向作用;
在所述滑槽的上下两端分别设置有第二开关和/或第三开关,所述第二开关或所述第三开关用于检测所述滑动轴的位置。
本申请实施例的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请实施例的冲泡装置,包括固定座、滑动组件、胶囊杯组件和驱动组件,其中,胶囊杯组件包括杯体基座和与杯体基座铰接的翻盖,杯体基座内设有用于容纳胶囊的容纳腔,翻盖内活动安装有刺破装置,使用时,先打开翻盖,将胶囊放进胶囊杯组件的容纳腔内,再将胶囊杯组件推入固定座内,通过驱动组件可驱动滑动组件向靠近胶囊杯组件的方向移动,使得滑动组件上固定的流体注入装置推动刺破装置向容纳腔内运动,直至刺破胶囊、完成饮料的制备;整个冲泡过程操作简单,在饮料制备完成后,打开翻盖,可对胶囊杯组件的内部,特别是翻盖的内表面进行清洗。

本申请实施例提供一种饮料制备机器的冲泡装置,饮料制备机器可用于制作咖啡、茶、奶茶、果汁、奶粉等饮料。请参阅图1和图2,本申请其中一实施例提供的饮料制备机器的冲泡装置包括:固定座100、滑动组件200、胶囊杯组件300和驱动组件400,滑动组件200和驱动组件400安装在固定座100上,而胶囊杯组件300和固定座100为分体式设计。
固定座100的底部设有用于接纳胶囊杯组件300的收容空间101,收容空间101可以全部接纳胶囊杯组件300,也可以部分接纳胶囊杯组件300。其中,收容空间101内设有用于固定胶囊杯组件300的支撑平面110,胶囊杯组件300可沿支撑平面110抽屉式地推入到固定座100内,以及从固定座100中抽出。
胶囊杯组件300包括杯体基座310和与杯体基座310铰接的翻盖320,杯体基座310内设有用于容纳胶囊500的容纳腔301,翻盖320用于闭合或打开上述容纳腔301,且翻盖320内活动安装有刺破装置330。
使用时,先打开翻盖320,将胶囊500放进胶囊杯组件300的容纳腔301内,再将胶囊杯组件300沿支撑平面110推入固定座100的收容空间101内,通过驱动组件400可驱动滑动组件200向靠近胶囊杯组件300的方向移动,使得滑动组件200上固定的流体注入装置201与翻盖320对接,并推动刺破装置330向容纳腔301内运动。
驱动组件400驱动到位后,刺破装置330可刺破胶囊500,高压热水依次从流体注入装置201、刺破装置330和胶囊500的一端刺破口进入,并从胶囊500的另一端流出,完成饮料的制备。整个冲泡过程操作简单,在饮料制备完成后,打开翻盖320,可对胶囊杯组件300的内部,特别是翻盖320的内表面进行清洗。
以下详细介绍冲泡装置各组件的结构以及各组件之间的连接关系:
如图3所示,胶囊杯组件300包括杯体基座310和与杯体基座310铰接的翻盖320,杯体基座310内设有用于容纳胶囊的容纳腔301,如图4所示,翻盖320包括上盖板321和与上盖板321连接的两个连接脚322,连接脚322上开设有用于供转轴323穿设的第一轴孔,翻盖320通过其连接脚322和转轴323之间的配合实现与杯体基座310的铰接。
杯体基座310上还设置有按钮装置340,按钮装置340包括开关按钮341和按钮压簧342,按钮压簧342的两端分别抵接于杯体基座310和开关按钮341,开关按钮341与翻盖320的两个连接脚322连接,使得在开关按钮341受力运动时,可带动翻盖320可绕杯体基座310转动,以打开或闭合容纳腔301。
在一实施方式中,杯体基座310内开设有按钮座302,开关按钮341包括按压部3411和至少一个连接部3412,按压部3411的上表面显露于按钮座302,更进一步地,按压部3411的上端突出于杯体基座310的上端面;连接部3412连接于按压部3411的下端,且向容纳腔301的方向水平延伸。
请一并参阅图5和图6,连接部3412的末端与两个连接脚322之间通过穿设于其中的活动轴324连接,具体地,连接部3412的末端开设有长轴槽3410,连接脚322的末端开设有第二轴孔,连接部3412的末端与两个连接脚322通过穿设于第二轴孔和长轴槽3410的活动轴324连接。杯体基座310的两侧对应开设有弧形的导向槽303,活动轴324的两端可沿着导向槽303滑动,长轴槽3410和导向槽303在活动轴324的运动过程中提供限位作用和导向作用。
当按压部3411受力在按钮座302内向下运动时,与按压部3411下端连接的连接部3412也向下运动,因连接部3412的末端与两个连接脚322连接,且两个连接脚322与杯体基座310铰接,从而能够将按压部3411的上下运动转换为两个连接脚322的旋转运动,继而带动上盖板321绕杯体基座310转动,上盖板321打开;受力消失后,在按钮压簧342的回复力作用下以及在上盖板321的重力作用下,上盖板321关闭,同时开关按钮341回到起始位置。
本实施例中,翻盖320包括两个连接脚322,开关按钮341包括两个连接部3412,两个连接部3412设置于两个连接脚322之间。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,两个连接脚322可以合为一个连接脚322,和/或,两个连接部3412也可以合为一个连接部3412,同样能实现其功能。
作为优选地方案,杯体基座310包括相互固定的主基座311和前置盖312,其中,前置盖312包括固定部3121和手持部3122,固定部3121设置于主基座311的下方,并与主基座311固定后形成上述按钮座302,按钮压簧342的一端抵接于开关按钮341,另一端套设于固定部3121内的凸起;手持部3122的上端突出于主基座311的上端面,手持部3122 的下端与固定部3121弧形连接,整个手持部3122的设计方便用户握持住胶囊杯组件300。
其中,上盖板321的上表面向上延伸形成有突出部3211,上盖板321的下表面向下延伸形成有与容纳腔301卡合的卡合部3212。可选地,卡合部3212上套设有第一密封圈351和第二密封圈352,采用双层密封保证上盖板321与胶囊之间的防漏密封连接。
自突出部3211至卡合部3212内开设有与容纳腔301连通的安装腔3210,安装腔3210靠近容纳腔301的一端呈漏斗型,安装腔3210远离容纳腔301的一端固定有进水固定盖3213,进水固定盖3213上开设有进水孔。
如图7所示,安装腔3210内设置有刺破装置330和第一弹性装置360,第一弹性装置360的一端顶撑刺破装置330的上端边缘,第一弹性装置360的另一端支承在漏斗型的上端。在受力的情况下,刺破装置330可在安装腔3210内向容纳腔301内运动,同时带通第一弹性装置360被压缩,受力消失后,刺破装置330回复到原始位置。其中,第一弹性装置360可以为复位弹簧或复位弹片。
在其他实施例中,第一弹性装置360的一端可以顶撑于进水固定盖3213的下表面,而另一端固定于刺破装置330的上端边缘,在刺破装置330向容纳腔301内运动时,刺破装置330带动第一弹性装置360被拉伸,受力消失后,刺破装置330回复到原始位置。
沿着刺破装置330的移动方向,刺破装置330依次包括移动连接块331、进水支架332和进水密封块333,移动连接块331与进水支架332固定连接,且均设有进水孔,第一弹性装置360的一端顶撑于移动连接块331的下表面,进水密封块333套设在进水支架332下端的外围,进水支架332和进水密封块333靠近容纳腔301的一端也均呈漏斗型。
进水支架332内固定有刺破针334,刺破针334的针尖伸出进水密封块333的末端,且未伸出安装腔3210,亦即,刺破针334的针尖未伸出上盖板321的下表面。进水支架332内还设置有单向阀335,单向阀335可以包括锥形阀芯和复位弹簧。
如图8所示,在滑动组件200向靠近胶囊杯组件300的方向移动的过程中,流体注入装置201插入上盖板321的安装腔3210内,推动整个刺破装置330向容纳腔301内运动,以使刺破针334伸入容纳腔301刺破胶囊。为保证流体注入装置201与移动连接块331之间的防漏密封连接,移动连接块331上设有O型密封圈336。
需要说明的是,图8中,为了突出流体注入装置201与刺破装置330的连接关系,用图框进行重点标示,图框本身不属于冲泡装置的结构部分。
作为优选地方案,如图9所示,上盖板321的上表面向下凹陷形成有至少一个定位部3214,滑动组件200上对应设有向收容空间101的方向突伸的定位柱202,且定位柱202向收容空间101的方向突伸的距离大于流体注入装置201向收容空间101的方向突伸的距离。在滑动组件200向靠近收容空间101的方向移动的过程中,先通过定位柱202与定位部3214预先定位胶囊杯组件300,流体注入装置201再插入上盖板321的安装腔3210内。
请一并参阅图10,滑动组件200包括滑动套210、滑动套盖220和卡扣件230,滑动套210的相对两侧设有支耳211,支耳211上设置有供滑动轴423穿出的轴孔,滑动套210通过滑动轴423与驱动组件400连接,滑动套210内活动安装有上述定位柱202,且定位柱202的末端伸出滑动套210的底端面。
具体地,滑动套210内设置有收容孔212,定位柱202穿出收容孔212后向收容空间101的方向突伸,在定位柱202和滑动套盖220之间设置有第二弹性装置203,滑动套盖220与滑动套210相互固定,通过滑动套盖220和第二弹性装置203对定位柱202进行行程限制。
滑动套盖220上设置有避让卡扣件230的避位孔221,卡扣件230穿过避位孔221后固定在滑动套210上,卡扣件230上固定有流体注入装置201,滑动套210上设置有供流体注入装置201穿出的通孔213,流体注入装置201穿出通孔213后向收容空间101的方向突伸。
如图11和图12所示,定位柱202伸出滑动套210的底端面的距离 大于流体注入装置201伸出滑动套210的底端面的距离,在滑动组件200与胶囊杯组件300接触时,定位柱202与定位部3214先接触,随着滑动组件200继续向靠近胶囊杯组件300的方向运动,定位柱202相对滑动套210反向运动,第二弹性装置203被压缩,流体注入装置201插入上盖板321的安装腔3210内。
在上述实施方式中,请再次参阅图9,驱动组件400包括驱动机410和连杆机构420,连杆机构420包括第一连杆421和第二连杆422,第一连杆421的第一端转动连接于固定座100上,第一连杆421的第二端与第二连杆422的一端铰接,第二连杆422的另一端还通过滑动轴423与滑动套210铰接。
驱动机构410包括蜗轮411、蜗杆412和电机413,蜗轮411套装在第一连杆421的第一端,蜗杆412套装在电机413的输出轴上,电机413通过蜗杆412和蜗轮411之间的齿合传动,带动第一连杆421在打开位置和关闭位置之间旋转;在第一连杆421由打开位置旋转到关闭位置的过程中,连杆机构420驱动滑动组件200向靠近收容空间101的方向移动。
作为优选地方案,如图12所示,第一连杆421上设置有限位挡板4211,第二连杆422靠近第一连杆421的一端外侧设有限位凸起4221,当第一连杆421旋转到关闭位置时,限位凸起4221抵接于限位挡板4211,此时,蜗轮411无法再继续运动。通过限位挡板4211和限位凸起4221可对蜗轮411进行转动限位,结构简单,限位可靠。
在上述实施方式中,如图13和图14所示,固定座100上设置有第一开关120和辅助按压装置130,第一开关120固定于收容空间101的上方,辅助按压装置130包括凸伸入收容空间101的推杆131,以及下端与推杆131垂直固定连接的按压臂132,按压臂132的中部还转动连接在固定座100上。
在胶囊杯组件300滑入收容空间101的过程中,当胶囊杯组件300与推杆131接触时,在推力的作用下,推杆131向远离收容空间101的方向运动,因按压臂132的下端与推杆131固定连接,推杆131进而带 动按压臂132的下端运动,使得按压臂132转动,其上端靠近第一开关120,第一开关120打开。
其中,按压臂132的上端呈半圆勾形,且半圆勾的开口与第一开关120对应,在胶囊杯组件300滑出收容空间101的过程中,按压臂132的上端向远离第一开关120的方向转动,第一开关120关闭。因此,通过第一开关120的开关状态可判断出胶囊杯组件300是否在收容空间101内,因第一开关120设于收容空间101的上方,避免了第一开关120的触点与水接触,可提高第一开关120的准确性和安全性。
固定座100的相对两侧上对应设置有供滑动轴423滑动的滑槽(图中未标示),且滑动轴423的两端伸出滑槽,亦即,滑槽贯穿固定座100的侧壁,在滑动轴423的运动过程中,滑动轴423能够提供导向作用。
作为优选地方案,在滑槽的上下两端分别设置有第二开关140和第三开关150,第二开关140和第三开关150相对向设置,在第一连杆421处于打开位置时,滑动轴423伸出滑槽的部分与第二开关140接触,第二开关140打开;在第一连杆421处于关闭位置时,滑动轴423伸出滑槽的部分与第三开关150接触,第三开关150打开。在使用过程中,通过第二开关140或第三开关150的开关状态能够检测滑动轴423的位置,亦即,能够检测出驱动机构410是否驱动到位。
本申请实施例还提供一种饮料制备机器,包括如上的冲泡装置,饮料制备机器还可选地包括储水箱、加热器、流体泵、连接管路等装置,冲泡装置的流体注入装置201通过连接管路与储水箱或外部水源连接。

Claims (15)
- 一种胶囊杯组件(300),应用于饮料制备机器的冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述胶囊杯组件(300)包括杯体基座(310)和与所述杯体基座(310)铰接的翻盖(320),所述杯体基座(310)内设有用于容纳胶囊(500)的容纳腔(301),所述翻盖(320)包括上盖板(321)和与所述上盖板(321)连接的至少一个连接脚(322),所述连接脚(322)转动连接于所述杯体基座(310)上;其中,所述上盖板(321)上开设有贯通所述上盖板(321)并与所述容纳腔(301)连通的安装腔(3210),所述安装腔(3210)内设置有刺破装置(330)和第一弹性装置(360),当所述刺破装置(330)受力向所述容纳腔(301)内运动时,所述刺破装置(330)带动所述第一弹性装置(360)产生弹性形变。
- 根据权利要求1所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述杯体基座(310)上还设置有按钮装置(340),所述按钮装置(340)包括开关按钮(341)和按钮压簧(342),所述按钮压簧(342)的两端分别抵接于所述杯体基座(310)和所述开关按钮(341),所述开关按钮(341)与所述连接脚(322)连接,以在所述开关按钮(341)受力运动时,带动所述翻盖(320)转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述开关按钮(341)包括按压部(3411)和连接部(3412),所述按压部(3411)的上端突出于所述杯体基座(310)的上端面,所述连接部(3412)连接于按压部(3411)的下端,且向所述容纳腔(301)的方向水平延伸,所述连接部(3412)的末端与所述连接脚(322)之间通过穿设于其中的活动轴(324)连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(3412)的末端开设有供所述活动轴(324)穿出的长轴槽(3410),所述杯体基座(310)的两侧对应开设有弧形的导向槽(303),所述长轴槽(3410)和所述导向槽(303)用于在所述活动轴(324)的 运动过程中提供限位作用和导向作用。
- 根据权利要求1所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述杯体基座(310)包括相互固定的主基座(311)和前置盖(312),其中,所述前置盖(312)包括固定部(3121)和手持部(3122),所述固定部(3121)固定在所述主基座(311)的下方,所述手持部(3122)的上端突出于所述主基座(311)的上端面,且下端与所述固定部(3121)弧形连接。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述上盖板(321)的上表面向上延伸形成有突出部(3211),所述上盖板(3211)的下表面向下延伸形成有与所述容纳腔(301)卡合的卡合部(3212),所述安装腔(3210)开设于自所述突出部(3211)至所述卡合部(3212)内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述卡合部(3212)的外侧套设有第一密封圈(351)和第二密封圈(352)。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述安装腔(3210)靠近所述容纳腔(301)的一端呈漏斗型,所述第一弹性装置(360)的一端顶撑所述刺破装置(330)的上端边缘,所述第一弹性装置(360)的另一端支承在漏斗型的上端。
- 根据权利要求8所述的胶囊杯组件,其特征在于,所述刺破装置(330)包括进水支架(332)和进水密封块(333),所述进水密封块(333)套设在所述进水支架(332)的下端外围,所述进水支架(332)和所述进水密封块(333)靠近所述容纳腔(301)的一端均呈漏斗型;所述进水支架(332)内固定有刺破针(334),所述刺破针(334)的针尖伸出所述进水密封块(333)的末端,且未伸出所述安装腔(3210)。
- 一种饮料制备机器的冲泡装置,其特征在于,包括固定座(100)、滑动组件(200)、驱动组件(400)和如权利要求1-9任一项所述的胶囊杯组件(300),其中,所述固定座(100)内设有用于接纳所述胶囊 杯组件(300)的收容空间(101),通过所述驱动组件(400)可驱动所述滑动组件(200)向靠近所述收容空间(101)的方向移动;所述滑动组件(200)上固定有向所述收容空间(101)的方向突伸的流体注入装置(201),在所述滑动组件(200)向靠近所述收容空间(101)的方向移动的过程中,所述流体注入装置(201)可推动所述胶囊杯组件(300)内的刺破装置(330)向所述容纳腔(301)内运动。
- 根据权利要求10所述的冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述胶囊杯组件(300)的上盖板(321)的上表面向下凹陷形成有至少一个定位部(3214),所述滑动组件(200)上活动安装有与所述定位部(3214)对应的定位柱(202),所述定位柱(202)向所述收容空间(101)的方向突伸,且所述定位柱(202)向所述收容空间(101)的方向突伸的距离大于所述流体注入装置(201)向所述收容空间(101)的方向突伸的距离。
- 根据权利要求11所述的冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述滑动组件(200)包括相互固定的滑动套(210)和滑动套盖(220),所述滑动套(210)内设置有收容孔(212),所述定位柱(202)穿出所述收容孔(212)后向所述收容空间(101)的方向突伸,在所述定位柱(202)和所述滑动套盖(220)之间设置有第二弹性装置(203)。
- 根据权利要求12所述的冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述滑动组件(200)还包括固定于所述滑动套(210)的卡扣件(230),所述卡扣件(230)上固定有所述流体注入装置(201),所述滑动套(210)上设置有通孔(213),所述流体注入装置(201)穿出所述通孔(213)后向所述收容空间(101)的方向突伸。
- 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述固定座(100)上设置有第一开关(120)和辅助按压装置(130),所述第一开关(120)固定于所述收容空间(101)的上方,所述辅助按压装置(130)包括凸伸入所述收容空间(101)的推杆(131),以及下端与所述推杆(131)垂直固定连接的按压臂(132);所述按压臂(132)的中部还转动连接在所述固定座(100)上,在 所述胶囊杯组件(300)向所述收容空间(101)内运动的过程中,所述推杆(131)可带动所述按压臂(132)的上端向所述第一开关(120)的方向转动。
- 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(400)通过滑动轴(423)与所述滑动组件(200)连接,所述固定座(100)的两侧对应开设有供所述滑动轴(423)滑动的滑槽,且所述滑动轴(423)的两端伸出所述滑槽,所述滑槽用于在所述滑动轴(423)的运动过程中提供导向作用;在所述滑槽的上下两端分别设置有第二开关(140)和/或第三开关(150),所述第二开关(423)或所述第三开关(423)用于检测所述滑动轴(423)的位置。
