Claims (16)

1. Postupak proizvodnje agregata za formiranje cestovnih temelja i sličnog, naznačen time što obuhvaća sljedeće operativne korake: korak (100) odabiranja sljedećih otpadnih materijala: otpad iz kamenoloma (11) kao što su nanosi, odresci mramora i drugi otpad koji dolazi iz prirodnog kamena koji se podvrgava jednostavnoj mehaničkoj obradi; neonečišćeni građevinski otpad i otpad od rušenja (12) kao što je cement, cigle, miješani otpad, tlo iz iskopavanja; inertni otpadi (13) kao isprani šljunak; bijela troska (14) iz čeličane, a to je mokra smjesa kalcijevog oksida i kalcijevog karbonata; crna troska (15) iz čeličane, to je troska iz električne peći u tvornici koja je podvrgnuta brzom snižavanju temperature; refraktorni materijali (16) iz čeličane; korak (110) miješanja tih materijala u unaprijed određenim omjerima da se dobije smjesa otpadnih materijala (10); korak vlaženja smjese vodom; i korak (120) čuvanja smjese kroz unaprijed određeni vremenski period, uz ponavljanje vlaženja vodom kroz cijeli taj period tako da tijekom čuvanja dođe do kemijskih reakcija koje će pretvoriti razne otpadne materijale (10) u produkte koji su kemijski inertni i ne zagađuju, takva smjesa na kraju koraka čuvanja (120) predstavlja agregat (20) za izradu cestovnih temelja i sličnog.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što kemijske reakcije, koje se odvijaju tijekom čuvanja, obuhvaćaju pretvorbu živog vapna prisutnog u smjesi u kalcijev karbonat i/ili gašeno vapno i kemijske reakcije netopljivosti, osobito kao hidroksida i karbonata, teških metala koji su prisutni u smjesi.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se u koraku čuvanja (120) odvija proces kristalizacije pri kojem nastaju stabilni silikati s uklopljenim metalima iz smjese.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se implementira uporabom isključivo otpadnih materijala (10) i vode, bez dodavanja ičega drugog.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se korak (110) miješanja otpadnih materijala (10) provodi u sljedećim omjerima, koji su izraženi kao postotak u odnosu na ukupnu težinu nastale smjese: 0% < otpad iz kamenoloma (11) ≤ 1‰; 10% ≤ građevinski otpad i otpad od rušenja (12) ≤20%; 10% ≤ inertni otpadi (13) ≤ 20‰; 25% ≤ bijela troska (14) + refraktorni materijali (16) ≤ 35%; i 35% ≤ crna troska (15) ≤ 45%.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što također obuhvaća, prije koraka miješanja (110), preliminarni korak obrade (130) za sve ili neke otpadne materijale (10).
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što se preliminarni korak obrade (130) provodi za bijelu trosku (14), crnu trosku (15) i na refraktornim materijalima (16).
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 ili 7, naznačen time što preliminarni korak obrade (130) uključuje barem jedan od sljedećih operativnih koraka: uklanjanje željeza (131) radi eliminacije metalnih krhotina (31) velikih dimenzija; i prosijavanje (132) radi eliminacije fine frakcije (32) tih materijala.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što također obuhvaća, prije koraka čuvanja (120) s vlaženjem, jedan ili više od sljedećih koraka bilo kojim redom: korak (141) eliminacije glomaznih otpada (41); jedan ili više koraka (142), (152) drobljenja otpadnih materijala (10) koji se nalaze u smjesi; korak uklanjanja željeza (143) radi eliminacije željeznih otpada (43); i korak (144) eliminacije bilo kojih lakih onečišćenja (44), kao što je papir, drvo, plastika i slično; svaki od tih koraka se provodi prije ili nakon koraka miješanja (110).
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što također obuhvaća, prije koraka čuvanja (120) i nakon koraka miješanja (110), korak (150) dijeljenja smjese u više skupina (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F) s unaprijed određenim mjerama veličine čestica; korak čuvanja (120) s vlaženjem se provodi zasebno za različite skupine (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F), tako dobiveni agregati (20) su već podijeljeni prema veličini čestica.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 9, naznačen time što također obuhvaća, prije koraka miješanja (110), korak (150) dijeljenja svakog otpadnog materijala u više skupina (A), (B), (C), (D), (B), (F) s unaprijed određenim mjerama veličine čestica; također je naznačen time što se korak miješanja (110) i korak čuvanja (120) provode zasebno za homogene skupine (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F) različitih otpadnih materijala (10).
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time što je, nakon koraka dijeljenja (150), bilo koji komad materijala čija je veličina čestica veća od maksimalne dozvoljene vrijednosti moguće podvrgnuti koraku drobljenja (142), (152) bilo izravno ili tako da se pošalje natrag u korak miješanja (110).
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se korak vlaženja provodi radi održavanja razine vlage od najmanje 10% težine, i poželjno najmanje 15% težine u smjesi.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što korak čuvanja (120) traje barem 15 dana.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što također obuhvaća, na planiranom kraju koraka čuvanja (120), korak (160) provjere kemijskog sastava smjese u usporedbi s referentnim parametrima i, ako postoji odstupanje od referentnih parametara, produljenje koraka čuvanja (120) s vlaženjem kroz dodatni ili unaprijed određeni vremenski period ili period definiran prema rezultatima koraka (160) provjere sastava.
16. Postupak proizvodnje betona za formiranje cestovnih temelja i sličnog, naznačen time što obuhvaća: operativni korak proizvodnje agregata (20) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva; i operativni korak amalgamacije (170) u kojem se agregat (20) miješa s prirodnim agregatima i/ili hidrauličkim vezivima.
