Claims (13)
1. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova, koja ima temeljni dio (1) za uspostavljanje povezanosti s unutarnjom konstrukcijom krova, i dio koji predstavlja kuku (2), koji se može vijčanom vezom učvrstiti na temeljni dio (1), pri čemu dio koji predstavlja kuku ima na drugom kraju (4) sredstvo za nošenje ili sredstvo za učvršćenje (6) na koje se stavlja okvir za nošenje, koji okvir je postavljen iznad krova ili je pričvršćen na konstrukcijsku jedinicu i ima između dva krajnja dijela (3, 4) predio (5), koji se može pomicati u krovnom pokrivaču, pri čemu
je temeljni dio (1) skraćeni dio (X) kutnog profila, koji profil ima krakove kuta (8, 9), čiji krak kuta (8) ima sredstva za spajanje (7) pomoću kojih se uspostavlja povezanost s unutarnjom konstrukcijom krova, i pri čemu su sredstva za spajanje (7) postavljena udaljeno od drugog kraka kuta (9), naznačena time što se na unutarnjoj strani kuta između obiju krakova kuta (8, 9) pruža, u uzdužnom smjeru profila, profilna stijenka (10),
koja profilna stijenka s predjelom kraka kuta koji služi kao sredstvo za spajanje (7) zatvara tupi kut (α) i služi kao površina nalijeganja krajnjeg dijela (3) dijela kuke (2) i
koja profilna stijenka se može povezati s krajnjim dijelom (3) dijela kuke (2) pomoću vijčanog spoja i
što predio (5) dijela kuke (2), koji se može pomicati u krovnom prekrivaču, zatvara s krajnjim dijelom (3) dijela kuke (2) tupi kut (β), pri čemu je α ≤ β.
2. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što profilna stijenka (10) temeljnog dijela (1) i krajnji dio (3) dijela kuke (2) imaju, radi uspostavljanja povezanosti između svakog od ovih dijelova, najmanje jedan provrt (13) i što kao element za spajanje služi vijčani spoj s maticom ili vijak koji se uvodi kroz provrt (13) krajnjeg dijela (3) u otvor na profilnoj stijenki (10).
3. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što profilna stijenka (10) temeljnog dijela (1) ima uzdužni utor koji ima prema unutra savinute bridove utora, a krajnji dio (3) dijela kuke (2) ima provrt (13), pri čemu se stezanjem krajnjeg dijela (3) s profilnom stijenkom (10) kao podlogom može uspostaviti vijčani spoj (14) između jednog oblikovanog tijela koje je smješteno u uzdužni utor tako da se može pomicati, i jednog daljnjeg oblikovanog tijela koje je umetnuto u provrt (13).
4. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što profilna stijenka (10) temeljnog dijela ima u uzdužnom smjeru profila uzdužni prorez (15), a krajnji dio (3) dijela kuke (2) ima provrt (13), tako da se može uspostaviti vijčani spoj (14) između jednog oblikovanog tijela koje je smješteno u uzdužnom prorezu (15) i koje se može pomicati, i jednog daljnjeg oblikovanog tijela koje je umetnuto kroz provrt (13), i na taj se način može vršiti stezanje krajnjeg dijela (3) s profilnom stijenkom (10) koja služi kao oslonac.
5. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačena time što su unutar prostora koji je oblikovan pomoću profilne stijenke (10) i krakova kuta (8, 9) u uzdužnom smjeru profila postavljene daljnje profilne stijenke.
6. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačena time što je unutar prostora koji je oblikovan pomoću profilne stijenke (10) i krakova kuta (8, 9) postavljena jedna daljnja unutarnja profilna stijenka (11) koja je postavljena na razmaku od profilne stijenke (10) i za koju je poželjno da prolazi paralelno s vanjskom profilnom stijenkom (10).
7. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačena time što je jedna spojna profilna stijenka (12) postavljena između profilnih stijenki (10, 11), pri čemu navedena spojna stijenka (12) povezuje profilne stijenke (10, 11) jednu s drugom.
8. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time što je provrt (13) u krajnjem dijelu (3) dijela kuke (2) načinjen kao izduženi provrt.
9. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time što unutarnja površina krajnjeg dijela (3) dijela kuke (2) i profilna stijenka (10), koja služi kao potporna ploha, imaju profiliranu izvedbu, poželjno u obliku uzdužnih nazubljenja (16, 17), koja nazubljenja zahvaćaju jedno u drugo, kako bi se na taj način dobio kod spajanja dobar spoj zahvaljujući obliku navedenih površina.
10. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time što profilna stijenka (10) završava na vanjskom bridu kraka kuta (9) ili naliježe na vanjski brid kraka kuta (9).
11. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 10, naznačena time što profilna stijenka (10) ima s obje strane uzdužnog utora ili uzdužnog raspora (15) uzdužno nazubljenje (16), a također i unutarnja površina krajnjeg dijela (3) dijela kuke ima uzdužno nazubljenje (17), tako da je kod spajanja zajedno temeljnog dijela (1) i dijela kuke (2) gornji predio kraka kuta (9), koji se završava tako da se dotiče s profilnom stijenkom (10) ili koji je načinjen tako da naliježe na vanjski svinuti dio, povezan preko krajnjeg dijela (3) dijela kuke (2), zahvaljujući obliku površina i sili stezanja, s onim dijelom profilne stijenke (10) koji dio je spojen na krak kuta (8).
12. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time što krak kuta (8) ima ravnu plohu za nalijeganje na unutarnju krovnu konstrukciju, a gornja ploha kraka kuta (8), koja se nalazi na suprotnoj strani, na dijelu koji je udaljen od kraka kuta (9), po visini je stepeničasto urezana.
13. Krovna kuka načinjena od više dijelova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačena time što je krajnji dio (4) dijela kuke (2), koji služi kao dio za spajanje kod montaže, postavljen okomito na ravninu sredstva za spajanje (7) kada se uspostavi spoj između temeljnog dijela (1) i dijela kuke (2).
