Abstract

本发明一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座和手柄,所述手柄上设有增加强度的加强结构,所述加强结构为加强结构Ⅰ或加强结构Ⅱ或加强结构Ⅲ,所述加强结构Ⅰ为手柄中间设有向上或向下的凸筋,所述加强结构Ⅱ为手柄的两侧边设有向上或向下的折边,所述加强结构Ⅲ为手柄两侧边设有向下的折边,且手柄中间设有向上或向下的凸筋。本发明在手柄上增设加强结构,使强度更好,太阳能光伏组件安装后更稳定牢固。

一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挂钩,具体涉及一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩。
背景技术
目前,随着全球经济的发展, 新能源发电技术得到了迅速发展和应用。太阳能以其资源丰富、分布广泛、清洁成为最有发展潜力的可再生能源之一。太阳能电力系统是现有最环保的发电方式,世界太阳能光伏发电产业发展迅速,市场应用规模不断扩大, 在后续能源的发展中的作用越来越重要。太阳能光伏发电主要是通过太阳能电池能板吸收太阳能实现的,因此需要将太阳能光伏面板安装在户外、例如屋顶等阳光辐射充足的地方。在斜屋顶进行太阳能板的安装时,通常需要用到屋顶挂钩,而现有的屋顶挂钩均结构简单,强度较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,在手柄上增设加强结构,使强度更好,太阳能光伏组件安装后更稳定牢固。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座和手柄,所述手柄上设有增加强度的加强结构,所述加强结构为加强结构Ⅰ或加强结构Ⅱ或加强结构Ⅲ,所述加强结构Ⅰ为手柄中间设有向上或向下的凸筋,所述加强结构Ⅱ为手柄的两侧边设有向上或向下的折边,所述加强结构Ⅲ为手柄两侧边设有向下的折边,且手柄中间设有向上或向下的凸筋。
作为一种优选,所述凸筋高度为3~10mm;所述折边高度为3~10mm。
作为一种优选,所述挂钩底座与手柄之间采用焊接连接,所述挂钩底座包括与屋顶连接的安装板和两侧边向上的翻边,安装板上设有若干腰型安装孔。
作为进一步的改进,所述挂钩底座中间还设有加强筋。
作为一种优选,所述挂钩底座与手柄为一体式结构,挂钩底座中间设有安装孔和向上或向下的凸筋。
作为一种优选,所述挂钩底座包括与手柄连接的连接面板和与屋顶连接的安装底板,所述连接面板上设有与手柄连接的连接孔,采用螺栓连接,所述挂钩底座的一侧边设有向上的翻边,安装底板上设有若干腰型安装孔。
作为进一步的改进,所述连接面板和安装底板之间设有若干三角加强筋。
作为进一步的改进,所述手柄上部设有防滑齿和安装孔。
本发明主要用于瓦片屋顶太阳能安装,适用于W瓦或平板瓦和S瓦屋顶安装,安装简单快速。
本发明的有益效果是:在手柄上增设加强结构,使强度更好,太阳能光伏组件安装后更稳定牢固,在挂钩底座上增设翻边,增强整体强度。挂钩采用304不锈钢材料制作,具有很强的耐腐蚀性,挂钩安装底板上设有多个腰型孔,方便与屋顶檩子固定和位置调节,挂钩垂直柄上设有防滑齿,防止导轨安装时上下滑动。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如附图1所示,第一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅰ,所述加强结构Ⅰ为手柄2中间设有向下的凸筋3,所述凸筋3高度为6mm。所述挂钩底座1与手柄2之间采用焊接连接,所述挂钩底座1包括与屋顶连接的安装板5和两侧边向上的翻边6,安装板5上设有六个腰型安装孔7,所述挂钩底座1中间还设有两根加强筋8。所述手柄2上部设有防滑齿12和安装孔。
实施例2:如附图2所示,第二种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅱ,所述加强结构Ⅱ为手柄2的两侧边设有向下的折边4,手柄2主体为不设向上或向下凸筋的平板式。其它与实施例1相同。
实施例3:如附图3所示,第三种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅲ,所述加强结构Ⅲ为手柄2两侧边设有向下的折边4,且手柄2中间设有向下的凸筋3,所述凸筋3高度为5mm,折边4高度为8mm。其它与实施例1相同。
实施例4:如附图4所示,第四种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2顶部设有折弯部14,折弯部4上设有安装孔;所述折弯部14与手柄2主体之间为可调节结构,即通过螺栓12可适当调节安装所需高度。其它与实施例3相同。
实施例5:如附图5所示,第五种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅲ,所述加强结构Ⅲ为手柄2两侧边设有向下的折边4,且手柄2中间设有向下的凸筋3,所述折边4高度为7mm,凸筋3高度为6mm。所述挂钩底座1与手柄2为一体式结构,挂钩底座1中间设有两个安装孔9和向下的凸筋3。所述手柄2上部设有防滑齿12和安装孔。
实施例6:如附图6所示,第六种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅰ,所述加强结构Ⅰ为手柄2中间设有向上的凸筋3,所述凸筋3高度为10mm。其它与实施例5相同。
实施例7:如附图7所示,第七种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅰ,所述加强结构Ⅰ为手柄2中间设有向下的凸筋3,所述凸筋3高度为9mm。所述挂钩底座1与手柄2为一体式结构,所述手柄2顶部设有折弯部14,折弯部4上设有安装孔。
实施例8:如附图8所示,第八种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅰ,所述加强结构Ⅰ为手柄2中间设有向下的凸筋3,所述凸筋3高度为8mm。所述挂钩底座1包括与手柄2连接的连接面板10和与屋顶连接的安装底板11,所述连接面板10上设有与手柄2连接的连接孔,采用螺栓13连接,所述挂钩底座1的一侧边设有向上的翻边6,安装底板11上设有十个腰型安装孔7。所述连接面板10和安装底板11之间设有若干三角加强筋14。所述手柄2上部设有防滑齿12和安装孔。
实施例9:如附图9所示,第九种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅲ,所述加强结构Ⅲ为手柄2两侧边设有向下的折边4,且手柄2中间设有向下的凸筋3,所述折边4高度为7mm,凸筋3高度为5mm。其它与实施例8相同。
实施例10:如附图10所示,第十种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述手柄2上设有增加强度的加强结构Ⅲ,所述加强结构Ⅲ为手柄2两侧边设有向下的折边4,所述折边4高度为6mm,其它与实施例8相同。
实施例11:如附图11所示,第十一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座1和手柄2,所述挂钩底座1与手柄2为一体式结构,所述手柄2顶部设有折弯部14,折弯部4上设有安装孔。其它与实施例8相同。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,包括挂钩底座(1)和手柄(2),其特征在于:所述手柄(2)上设有增加强度的加强结构,所述加强结构为加强结构Ⅰ或加强结构Ⅱ或加强结构Ⅲ,所述加强结构Ⅰ为手柄(2)中间设有向上或向下的凸筋(3),所述加强结构Ⅱ为手柄(2)的两侧边设有向上或向下的折边(4),所述加强结构Ⅲ为手柄(2)两侧边设有向下的折边(4),且手柄(2)中间设有向上或向下的凸筋(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,其特征在于:所述凸筋(3)高度为3~10mm;所述折边(4)高度为3~10mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,其特征在于:所述挂钩底座(1)与手柄(2)之间采用焊接连接,所述挂钩底座(1)包括与屋顶连接的安装板(5)和两侧边向上的翻边(6),安装板(5)上设有若干腰型安装孔(7)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,其特征在于:所述挂钩底座(1)中间还设有加强筋(8)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,其特征在于:所述挂钩底座(1)与手柄(2)为一体式结构,挂钩底座(1)中间设有安装孔(9)和向上或向下的凸筋。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,其特征在于:所述挂钩底座(1)包括与手柄(2)连接的连接面板(10)和与屋顶连接的安装底板(11),所述连接面板(10)上设有与手柄(2)连接的连接孔,采用螺栓(13)连接,所述挂钩底座(1)的一侧边设有向上的翻边(6),安装底板(11)上设有若干腰型安装孔(7)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,其特征在于:所述连接面板(10)和安装底板(11)之间设有若干三角加强筋(14)。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种用于安装太阳能光伏组件的挂钩,其特征在于:所述手柄(2)上部设有防滑齿(12)和安装孔。
