Claims (15)
1. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem bez kositra na osnovi poliuretan akrilata (i), naznačene time da poliuretan akrilat (i) kao sintetske komponente sadrži:
A) jedan ili više spojeva koji imaju barem jednu izocijanatnu-reaktivnu skupinu i barem jednu bez-radikala polimerizirajuću nezasićenu skupinu,

C) jedan ili više spojeva koji imaju barem jednu izocijanatnu-reaktivnu skupinu i dodatno barem jednu hidrofilizirajuću skupinu,
D) jedan ili više organskih poliizocijanata,
koji reagiraju u prisutnosti
F) bizmutovih(III) soli, te
G) kiseline koja ima pKa < 2.5.
2. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema zahtjevu 1, naznačene time da sadrže komponentu E) koja ima barem jednu izocijanatnu-reaktivnu skupinu koja je različita od A) do D).
3. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem bazirane na poliuretan akrilatima (i) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačene time da vodena disperzija sadrži kao komponentu (ii) reaktivni sredstvo za razrjeđivanje koje ima barem jednu bez-radikala polimerizirajuću skupinu.
4. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačene time da je komponenta F) jedan ili više bizmut(III) karboksilata.
5. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačene time da je komponenta F) barem jedna komponenta koja je odabrana iz skupine koja sadrži bizmut (III) neodekanoat, bizmut (III) 2-etilheksanoat i bizmut (III) citrat.
6. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačene time da je komponenta G) barem jedna komponenta koja je odabrana iz skupine koja sadrži di-n-butil fosfat, metansulfonsku kiselinu i p-toluensulfonsku kiselinu.
7. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačene time da je komponenta F) prisutna u količinama 1 do 30 000 ppm (bazirano na sadržaju krute tvari vodene disperzije poliuretana (i)) koja se suši zračenjem i da se kao komponenta G) nalazi 10 do 300 molnih % kiseline (bazirano na upotrijebljenoj količini komponente F)).
8. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačene time da je upotrjebljeno 100 molnih % komponente G) u odnosu na komponentu F).
9. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačene time da poliuretanski akrilati (i) imaju težinu-prosječnu molekularnu težinu Mw od 103 do 106 g/mol.
10. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačene time da je komponenta A) barem jedna komponenta koja je odabrana iz skupine koja sadrži hidroksi-funkcionalizirani poliester (met)akrilat, polieter (met)akrilat, polieterester (met)akrilat, epoksi (met)akrilat, 2-hidroksietil (met)akrilat, 2-hidroksipropil (met)akrilat, pentaeritritol triakrilat i dipentaeritritol pentaakrilat.
11. Vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem na osnovi poliuretan akrilata (i) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačene time da molarni omjer izocijanatnih skupina iz D) prema izocijanatnim-reaktivnim skupinama iz A), B) i C) je 0.8:1 do 2.5:1.
12. Postupak za dobivanje vodenih disperzija koje se suše zračenjem, na osnovi poliuretan akrilata (i) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time da reaktivne komponente A) do C) u jednom ili više reakcijskim koraka sa komponentom D) u prisutnosti komponenata F) i G) daju poliuretan akrilat (i), gdje je moguće dodatni sredstvo za neutralizaciju, za generiranje ionskih skupina koje su potrebne za disperziju, prije, tijekom ili nakon pripreme dodataka A) do D), nakon čega slijedi korak disperzije uz dodavanje vode u dodatke A) do D) ili prijenos dodataka A) do D) u spremnik sa vodom, gdje je moguće produljivanje lanca pomoću komponente E) prije, tijekom ili nakon disperzije.
13. Uporaba vodenih disperzija koje se suše zračenjem, prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11 naznačena time da je za proizvodnju premaza, odnosno boja i ljepila.
14. Pripravci za premazivanje koji sadrže vodene disperzije koje se suše zračenjem prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11 na osnovi poliuretan akrilata, naznačeni time da nadalje sadrže sredstva za umrežavanje na osnovi amino smola, blokiranih poliizocijanata, ne-blokiranih poliizocijanata, hidrofiliziranih poliizocijanata, poliaziridina i/ili polikarbodiimida i/ili jedne ili više dodatnih disperzija.
15. Podloge naznačene time da su prevučene sa pripravcima za premazivanje prema zahtjevu 14.
