Abstract
Postupak za dobivanje površinski reaktivnog kalcijevog karbonata u vodenoj okolini koji sadrži slijedeće korake: a) osiguravanje barem jednog kalcijevog karbonata prirodnog podrijetla (GNCC); b) osiguravanje barem jedne kiseline koja je topiva u vodi; c) osiguravanje plinovitog CO2;d) kontakt navedenog GNCC iz koraka a) sa navedenom kiselinom iz koraka b) i sa navedenim CO2 iz koraka c); naznačen time da: (i) svaka navedena kiselina ili navedene kiseline iz koraka b) imaju pKa veći od 2.5 i manji od ili jednak 7, mjereno kod 20°C, povezano sa ionizacijom njihovog prvog dostupnog vodika, te odgovarajući anion formiran na mjestu ovog prvog dostupnog vodika koji je sposoban formirati kalcijeve soli topive u vodi; (ii) poslije kontakta navedene kiseline ili navedenih kiselina sa navedenim GNCC, dodatno je osigurana barem jedna sol topiva u vodi, koja u slučaju soli koja sadrži vodik ima pKa veći od 7, mjereno kod 20°C, povezano sa ionizacijom prvog dostupnog vodika, te anion soli koji je sposoban formirati kalcijeve soli netopive u vodi. Patent sadrži još 19 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (20)
1. Postupak za dobivanje površinski reaktivnog kalcijevog karbonata u vodenoj okolini koji sadrži slijedeće korake:
a) osiguravanje barem jednog kalcijevog karbonata prirodnog podrijetla (GNCC);
b) osiguravanje barem jedne kiseline koja je topiva u vodi;
c) osiguravanje plinovitog CO2;
d) kontakt navedenog GNCC iz koraka a) sa navedenom kiselinom iz koraka b) i sa navedenim CO2 iz koraka c);
naznačen time da:
(i) svaka navedena kiselina ili navedene kiseline iz koraka b) imaju pKa veći od 2.5 i manji od ili jednak 7, mjereno kod 20°C, povezano sa ionizacijom njihovog prvog dostupnog vodika, te odgovarajući anion formiran na mjestu ovog prvog dostupnog vodika koji je sposoban formirati kalcijeve soli topive u vodi;
(ii) poslije kontakta navedene kiseline ili navedenih kiselina sa navedenim GNCC, dodatno je osigurana barem jedna sol topiva u vodi, koja u slučaju soli koja sadrži vodik ima pKa veći od 7, mjereno kod 20°C, povezano sa ionizacijom prvog dostupnog vodika, te anion soli koji je sposoban formirati kalcijeve soli netopive u vodi.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je navedeni GNCC odabran iz skupine koja sadrži mramor, kredu, kalcit, dolomit, vapnenac i njihove mješavine.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da navedeni GNCC iz koraka a) ima težinski srednji promjer od 0.01 do 10 µm, te još poželjnije od 0.5 do 2 µm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da je navedeni GNCC osiguran u obliku vodene suspenzije GNCC.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da navedena suspenzija ima pH od manje od 11, te još poželjnije od manje od 10.5.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4 ili 5, naznačen time da navedena suspenzija ima sadržaj krute tvari veći od ili jednak 10 % tež., poželjno između 10 % tež. i 80 % tež., poželjnije u rasponu od 16 % tež. do 60 % tež., te čak još poželjnije u rasponu od 16 % tež. do 40 % tež., bazirano na težini suspenzije.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 do 6, naznačen time da je navedena suspenzija stabilizirana dodavanjem disperzijskih sredstava.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da navedena kiselina ili navedene kiseline topive u vodi iz koraka b) imaju pKa od između 2.6 i 5.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da navedena kiselina ili navedene kiseline topive u vodi su odabrane iz skupine koja sadrži octenu kiselinu, mravlju kiselinu, propansku kiselinu i njihove mješavine, poželjnije su odabrane iz skupine koja sadrži octenu kiselinu, mravlju kiselinu i njihove mješavine, te je najpoželjnije octena kiselina.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se navedena kiselina ili navedene kiseline topive u vodi poželjno doziraju u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara barem 1.5 x 10-4 mol atoma vodika u kiselini/m2 GNCC osiguranog u koraku a), poželjnije u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara od 2 x 10-4 do 12 x 10-4 mol atoma vodika u kiselini/m2 GNCC osiguranog u koraku a), te najpoželjnije od 3 x 10-4 do 10 x 10-4 mol atoma vodika u kiselini/m2 GNCC osiguranog u koraku a).
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se navedena kiselina ili navedene kiseline topive u vodi iz koraka b) doziraju u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara 5 do 40 % tež. ekvivalenta čiste kiseline bazirano na težini suhog GNCC osiguranog u koraku a), poželjnije u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara 10 do 30 % tež. ekvivalenta čiste kiseline bazirano na težini suhog GNCC osiguranog u koraku a), te najpoželjnije u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara 15 do 25 % tež. ekvivalenta čiste kiseline bazirano na težini suhog GNCC osiguranog u koraku a).

14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da je kation navedene kiseline topive u vodi odabran iz skupine koja sadrži kalij, natrij, litij i njihove mješavine, te je još poželjnije natrij.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time da je anion navedene kiseline topive u vodi odabran iz skupine koja sadrži fosfat, dihidrogen fosfat, monohidrogen fosfat, oksalat, silikat, njihove mješavine i njihove hidrate, poželjnije iz skupine koja sadrži fosfat, dihidrogen fosfat, monohidrogen fosfat, njihove mješavine i njihove hidrate, te najpoželjnije iz skupine koja sadrži dihidrogen fosfat, monohidrogen fosfat, njihove mješavine i njihove hidrate.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time da je anion navedene kiseline topive u vodi doziran u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara barem 5 x 10-5 mol aniona/m2 GNCC osiguranog u koraku a), poželjno u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara 5 x 10-5 do 50 x 10-5 mol aniona/m2 GNCC osiguranog u koraku a), te još poželjnije u ukupnoj količini koja odgovara 10 x 10-5 do 30 x 10-5 mol aniona/m2 GNCC osiguranog u koraku a).
17. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 16, naznačen time da je navedena u vodi topiva sol(i) dodana u jednom koraku.
18. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time da se korak d) i dodavanje navedene kiseline topive u vodi poželjno odvija u reaktoru za miješanje pod uvjetima miješanja koji su potrebni da bi se razvio u osnovi laminarni tok.
19. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačen time da se korak d) i dodavanje navedene kiseline topive u vodi poželjno odvija u vodenoj okolini koja ima temperaturu od iznad 50°C, te poželjno od iznad 60°C.
20. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 19, naznačen time da je vodena suspenzija koncentrirana nakon koraka d).
