Abstract

Vezivna smjesa za uporabu u postupku za proizvodnju proizvoda od vezanog čestičnog materijala gdje se smjesa sastoji od čestica materijala i vezivna smjesa je oblikovana u željeni oblik i vezivna smjesa je očvrsnuta sa prolaskom plinovitog ugljičnog dioksida kroz formirani oblik, naznačena time da se vezivna smjesa proizvodi uz dodavanje polialkilenglikola sa 3 ili više jedinica alkilen glikola u alkalnu vodenu smjesu koja sadrži bazičnu resol fenol-aldehidnu smolu i oksianion koji mogu tvoriti stabilni kompleks sa bazičnom smolom, te time da je količina alkalija koja se nalazi u vezivnoj smjesi dovoljna da u osnovi spriječi formiranje stabilnog kompleksa između smole koja se nalazi u vezivnoj smjesi i oksianiona, te time da vezivna smjesa ima molarni omjer alkalija, izraženo kao hidroksilni ioni, prema fenolu od 1.0 : 1 do 2.5 :1te time da je oksianion odabran iz skupine koju čine boratni, stanatni i aluminatni ioni, te time da polialkilen glikol je polietilen glikol ili mješavina polietilen glikola sa dodatnim polialkilen glikolom, tetime da je polialkilen glikol dodan u količini od 1% do 40% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (15)

1. Vezivna smjesa za uporabu u postupku za proizvodnju proizvoda od vezanog čestičnog materijala gdje se smjesa sastoji od čestica materijala i vezivna smjesa je oblikovana u željeni oblik i vezivna smjesa je očvrsnuta sa prolaskom plinovitog ugljičnog dioksida kroz formirani oblik, naznačena time da se vezivna smjesa proizvodi uz dodavanje polialkilenglikola sa 3 ili više jedinica alkilen glikola u alkalnu vodenu smjesu koja sadrži bazičnu resol fenol-aldehidnu smolu i oksianion koji mogu tvoriti stabilni kompleks sa bazičnom smolom, te time da je količina alkalija koja se nalazi u vezivnoj smjesi dovoljna da u osnovi spriječi formiranje stabilnog kompleksa između smole koja se nalazi u vezivnoj smjesi i oksianiona, te time da vezivna smjesa ima molarni omjer alkalija, izraženo kao hidroksilni ioni, prema fenolu od 1.0 : 1 do 2.5 :1 te time da je oksianion odabran iz skupine koju čine boratni, stanatni i aluminatni ioni, te time da polialkilen glikol je polietilen glikol ili mješavina polietilen glikola sa dodatnim polialkilen glikolom, te time da je polialkilen glikol dodan u količini od 1% do 40% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese.
2. Vezivna smjesa prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da polialkilen glikol je polietilen glikol ili mješavina polietilen glikola sa polipropilen glikolom.
3. Vezivna smjesa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačena time da je polialkilen glikol dodan u količini od 3% do 15% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese.
4. Vezivna smjesa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3 naznačena time da smjesa dodatno sadrži silan.
5. Vezivna smjesa prema zahtjevu 4 naznačena time da silan je gamaaminopropiltrietoksisilan, N-(2-aminoetil)-3-aminopropiltrimetoksisilan, fenol trimetoksisilan ili gamaglicidoksipropiltrimetoksisilan ili njihova mješavina.
6. Vezivna smjesa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 ili 5 naznačena time da je ukupna količina prisutnog silana od 0.2% do 1.0% težinski temeljeno na težini vezivne smjese.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda od vezanog čestičnog materijala gdje se smjesa sastoji od čestica materijala i vezivna smjesa je oblikovana u željeni oblik i vezivna smjesa je očvrsnuta sa prolaskom plinovitog ugljičnog dioksida kroz formirani oblik, naznačen time da korištena vezivna smjesa je smjesa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6.
8. Uporaba polialkilen glikola sa 3 ili više jedinica alkilen glikola kao otapala ili sastojka otapala i/ili aditiva za poboljšavanje djelovanja u vezivnoj smjesi za uporabu u postupku za proizvodnju proizvoda u vidu vezanog čestičnog materijala gdje se smjesa sastoji od čestica materijala i vezivna smjesa je oblikovana u željeni oblik i vezivna smjesa je očvrsnuta sa prolaskom plinovitog ugljičnog dioksida kroz formirani oblik, naznačena time da vezivna smjesa sadrži alkalnu vodenu otopinu fenol-aldehidne smole i oksianiona koja može formirati stabilni kompleks sa smolom, pri čemu je količina alkalija koja se nalazi u vezivnoj smjesi dovoljna da u osnovi spriječi formiranje stabilnog kompleksa između smole i oksianiona, pri čemu vezivna smjesa ima molarni omjer alkalija, izraženo kao hidroksilni ioni, prema fenolu od 1.0 : 1 do 2.5 :1 pri čemu je oksianion odabran iz skupine koju čine boratni, stanatni i aluminatni ioni, pri čemu polialkilen glikol je polietilen glikol ili mješavina polietilen glikola sa dodatnim polialkilen glikolom, te pri čemu je polialkilen glikol dodan u količini od 1 % do 40% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese.
9. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 8, naznačena time da je polialkilen glikol mješavina polietilen glikola sa polipropilen glikolom.
10. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 ili 9, naznačena time da se polialkilen glikol koristi u količini od 3% do 15% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese.
11. Uporaba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 10, naznačena time da pripravak pored silana sadrži, poželjno, gamaaminopropiltrietoksisilan, N-(2-aminoetil)-3-aminopropiltrimetoksisilan, fenol trimetoksisilan ili gamaglicidoksipropiltrimetoksisilan, poželjno u količini od 0.2% do 1.0% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese.
12. Postupak za dobivanje vezivne smjese prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6 naznačen time da sadrži slijedeći korak: pripremanje alkalne vodene smjese koja sadrži bazičnu resol fenol-aldehidnu smolu, oksianion i polialkilen glikol sa 3 ili više jedinica alkilen glikola, pri čemu oksianion može formirati stabilni kompleks sa smolom koja se nalazi u navedenoj smjesi, pri čemu je količina alkalija koja se nalazi u vezivnoj smjesi dovoljna da u osnovi spriječi formiranje stabilnog kompleksa između smole koja se nalazi u navedenoj smjesi i oksianiona, a pri čemu smjesa ima molarni omjer alkalija, izraženo kao hidroksilni ioni, prema fenolu od 1.0 : 1 do 2.5 :1, pri čemu je oksianion odabran iz skupine koju čine boratni, stanatni i aluminatni ioni, pri čemu polialkilen glikol je polietilen glikol ili mješavina polietilen glikola sa dodatnim polialkilen glikolom, i pri čemu je polialkilen glikol dodan u količini od 1% do 40% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da se polialkilen glikol koristi u količini od 3% do 15% težinski temeljeno na ukupnoj težini vezivne smjese.
14. Proizvod od vezanog čestičnog materijala naznačen time da se proizvodi pomoću postupka prema zahtjevu 7 i/ili sadrži očvrsnutu vezivnu smjesu, a vezivna smjesa je vezivna smjesa prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6.
15. Proizvod od vezanog čestičnog materijala prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da proizvod je kalup za lijevanje, jezgra za lijevanje ili pojilo.
