Abstract

Postrojenje za proizvodnju kapsula jednostruke doze za pripravu napitaka, naznačeno time, da obuhvaća: otpremač (2) za pomicanje naprijed nepropustnih čahura (101) u neprekinutom nizu uzduž proizvodne linije, veliki broj operativnih stanica (A, B, C) raspoređenih u neprekinutom nizu uzduž spomenute proizvodne linije, jednostruki uređaj za formiranje i umetanje (3) koji djeluje u prvoj (A) od spomenutih operativnih stanica, za formiranje pojedinih filtera u obliku čašice (105), načinjenih od filterskog materijala te za ispuštanje svakog od filtera u obliku čašice (105) u unutrašnjost nepropustne čahure (101), sredstva za regulaciju nivoa svakog filtera u obliku čašice (105) unutar odgovarajuće nepropustne čahure (101) inajmanje prvi zavarivački aparat (5), koji djeluje u prvoj zavarivačkoj stanici (B) između spomenutih operativnih stanica niže u poretku od prve operativne stanice (A), za zavarivanje gornjeg brida od svakog filtera u obliku čašice (105) na gornji brid nepropustne čahure (101) u koju je umetnut filter u obliku čašice (105). Patent sadrži još 17 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (18)

1. Postrojenje za proizvodnju kapsula jednostruke doze za pripravu napitaka, naznačeno time, da obuhvaća: otpremač (2) za pomicanje naprijed nepropustnih čahura (101) u neprekinutom nizu uzduž proizvodne linije, veliki broj operativnih stanica (A, B, C) raspoređenih u neprekinutom nizu uzduž spomenute proizvodne linije, jednostruki uređaj za formiranje i umetanje (3) koji djeluje u prvoj (A) od spomenutih operativnih stanica, za formiranje pojedinih filtera u obliku čašice (105), načinjenih od filterskog materijala te za ispuštanje svakog od filtera u obliku čašice (105) u unutrašnjost nepropustne čahure (101), sredstva za regulaciju nivoa svakog filtera u obliku čašice (105) unutar odgovarajuće nepropustne čahure (101) i najmanje prvi zavarivački aparat (5), koji djeluje u prvoj zavarivačkoj stanici (B) između spomenutih operativnih stanica niže u poretku od prve operativne stanice (A), za zavarivanje gornjeg brida od svakog filtera u obliku čašice (105) na gornji brid nepropustne čahure (101) u koju je umetnut filter u obliku čašice (105).

Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time, da uređaj za formiranje i umetanje (3) obuhvaća element za izvlačenje trake (13) filterskog materijala za prijelaz na formirajuću matricu (30), rezačku spravu (42) koja surađuje s formirajućom matricom (30) u svrhu rezanja trake (13) uzduž obodnog brida formirajuće matrice (30) kako bi se odvojio jedan komad trake (13) od cijele trake, te klizni bušač (46) koji gura komad trake (13) u unutrašnjost prolazne šupljine (33) matrice (30), na takav način da se dodijeli oblik čašice na komadu trake (13) zatim taj komad trake (13) izađe iz suprotnog kraja šupljine (33), tako da se komad trake (13) propusti u unutrašnjost odgovarajuće nepropustne čahure (101).
3. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time, da su i klizni bušač (46) i aksijalna prolazna šupljina (33) formirajuće matrice (30) užlijebljeni, kako bi podignuli odgovarajuće žljebove u bočnoj stijenci filtera u obliku čašice (105).
4. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time, da rezačka sprava sadrži sječivo (42) prstenastog napredujućeg koaksijalnog okretanja, dok u nacrtnom pogledu izlaže profil koji dopunjuje profil obodnog brida formirajuće matrice (30), te pokretački element za dobivanje relativnog pomaka prstenastog sječiva (42) u aksijalnom smjeru u odnosu na formirajuću matricu (30), s umetanjem trake (13) filterskog materijala.

Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time, da rezačka sprava (42) sadrži prstenastu spojnicu trake (35) koja je koaksijalna na formirajuću matricu (30) i ona gura traku (13) filterskog materijala prema nosivoj površini (11) koja okružuje formirajuću matricu (30), kako bi ograničila i zaustavila komad trake (13) koji se treba odvojiti na nosivoj površini (11), te pokretački element za dobivanje relativnog pomaka prstenaste spojnice trake (35) u aksijalnom smjeru, u odnosu na nosivu površinu (11).
6. Postrojenje prema zahtjevima 4 i 5, naznačeno time, da je prstenasto sječivo (42) pričvršćeno na nosivo tijelo (43) koje je povezano na prstenastu spojnicu trake (35) pomoću sredstava koja omogućuju njegove relativne pomake u aksijalnom smjeru.
7. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time, da nosivo tijelo (43) obuhvaća prolazne rupe (44), te pokretački element koji je podešen za dobivanje relativnog pomaka kliznog bušača (46) u aksijalnom smjeru u odnosu na nosivo tijelo (43).
8. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time, da nosivo tijelo (43) obuhvaća krnje stožastu površinu koja gura traku (13) filterskog materijala u krnje stožasto udubljenje smješteno na ulazu prolazne šupljine (33) formirajuće matrice (30).

Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time, da obuhvaća drugi zavarivački aparat (6) koji djeluje na drugoj zavarivačkoj stanici (C) između spomenutih operativnih stanica niže u poretku od prve zavarivačke stanice (B), pri čemu je svaka od spomenutih prve i druge zavarivačke stanice (5, 6) raspoređena za zavarivanje različitih komada gornjeg brida filtera u obliku čašice (105), tako da zajedno postižu potpuno zavarivanje brida.
10. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 9, naznačeno time, da su prva i druga zavarivačka stanica (5, 6) raspoređene za zavarivanje barem djelomično preklapajućih komada brida filtera u obliku čašice (105).

Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 9, naznačeno time, da svaki od spomenutih prvog i drugog zavarivačkog aparata (5, 6) obuhvaća veliki broj grijaćih zatvarača (50) koji su raspoređeni oko centralne osi (G) uređaja, u liniji sa osi čahure (101) koja je smještena na prvoj zavarivačkoj stanici odnosno na drugoj zavarivačkoj stanici (B, C), pokretački element za dobivanje relativnog pomaka grijaćih zatvarača (50) u aksijalnom smjeru u odnosu na čahuru (101), te distantne elemente za recipročno odvajanje grijaćih zatvarača (50) u odnosu na centralnu os (G), na takav način da svaki od grijaćih zatvarača (50) gura dio filtera u obliku čašice (105) iznutra i izvana prema čahuri (101) u koju je umetnut filter u obliku čašice (105).
12. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 11, naznačeno time, da svaki grijaći zatvarač (50) izlaže svoju kontaktnu površinu (51) okrenutu prema vani čiji je poprečni presjek luk od obodnog profila radijusa zakrivljenosti uglavnom jednakog radijusu ulaza u čahuru (101).
13. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 11, naznačeno time, da su grijaći zatvarači (50) kutno na istom razmaku u odnosu na centralnu os (G) uređaja.
14. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 11, naznačeno time, da su distantni elementi oblikovani na takav način da pomiču grijaće zatvarače (50) dok pritom uvijek održavaju grijaće zatvarače (50) na istom razmaku od centralne osi (G) uređaja.
15. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 11, naznačeno time, da distantni elementi sadrže veliki broj podupirača (53) od kojih svaki izlaže svoj kraj priključen na odgovarajući grijaći zatvarač (50), a nasuprotni kraj zglobno okovan na bazu (54) s osi zglobnog okretanja koja je okomita na centralnu os (G) uređaja, te pokretačke elemente koji pokreću podupirače (53) da osciliraju istovremeno oko odgovarajućih osi zglobnog okretanja.
16. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 15, naznačeno time, da pokretački elementi sadrže veliki broj veznih letvi (58) od kojih svaka izlaže svoj kraj zglobno priključen na prijelaznu točku odgovarajućeg podupirača (53), a suprotni kraj koji je zglobno okovan na jednostruko spojno tijelo (57), koje se pokreće pokretačkim elementima (56) za pomicanje uzduž centralne osi (G) uređaja.
17. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 16, naznačeno time, da pokretački elementi (56) sadrže slog cilindričnih klipova (56).
18. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 11, naznačeno time, da su sredstva za podešavanje nivoa filtera u obliku čašice (105) spojena na prvi zavarivački aparat (5) koji djeluje na prvoj zavarivačkoj stanici (B), i sadrži prsten za niveliranje (59, 60) koji je čvrsto priključen na prvi zavarivački aparat (5), te koji koaksijalno okružuje odgovarajuće grijaće zatvarače (50), dok taj prsten za niveliranje (59, 60) gura filter u obliku čašice (105) unutra u nepropustnu čahuru (101), slijedom relativnog pomaka prvog zavarivačkog aparata (5) u aksijalnom smjeru u odnosu na čahuru (101).
