Abstract

Postupak za izradu spoja izmedu austenitnih povrsina koje se zagrijavaju generatora pare, i spremnika (5) koji se koristi kao kolektor (5, 17) ili kao distributor, pri cemu su prikljucci za cijevi (1) montirani izmedu cijevi za spajanje (15) koje vode do povrsine koja se zagrijava generatora pare, i stijenke kolektora ili spremnika (2) osnovnog tijela spremnika (5), pri cemu je svaki od ovih prikljucaka za cijevi zavaren na jednom krajnjem dijelu direktno na stijenku spremnika (2), a na drugom krajnjem dijelu na cijev za spajanje (15), i pri cemu oni tvore jedan aksijalni raspor (4) izmedu stijenke spremnika (2) i prikljucka za cijev (1), naznacen time sto je svaki od prikljucaka za cijevi (1) umetnut u vanjski dio (7) provrta za spajanje (6) koji je nacinjen tako da ima stupnjevit oblik u stijenki spremnika (2), i svaki od prikljucaka za cijevi (1), koji je nacinjen od legure na bazi nikla, zavaren je na stijenku spremnika (2) osnovnog tijela (5), koje osnovno tijelo je nacinjeno od martenzitnog ili feritnog materijala ili od legure na bazi nikla, i na cijev za spajanje (15) koja je nacinjena od austenitnog materijala. Patent sadrzi jos 4 patentna zahtjeva.

Claims (5)

1. Postupak za izradu spoja između austenitnih površina koje se zagrijavaju generatora pare, i spremnika (5) koji se koristi kao kolektor (5, 17) ili kao distributor, pri čemu su priključci za cijevi (1) montirani između cijevi za spajanje (15) koje vode do površine koja se zagrijava generatora pare, i stijenke kolektora ili spremnika (2) osnovnog tijela spremnika (5), pri čemu je svaki od ovih priključaka za cijevi zavaren na jednom krajnjem dijelu direktno na stijenku spremnika (2), a na drugom krajnjem dijelu na cijev za spajanje (15), i pri čemu oni tvore jedan aksijalni raspor (4) između stijenke spremnika (2) i priključka za cijev (1), naznačen time što je svaki od priključaka za cijevi (1) umetnut u vanjski dio (7) provrta za spajanje (6) koji je načinjen tako da ima stupnjevit oblik u stijenki spremnika (2), i svaki od priključaka za cijevi (1), koji je načinjen od legure na bazi nikla, zavaren je na stijenku spremnika (2) osnovnog tijela (5), koje osnovno tijelo je načinjeno od martenzitnog ili feritnog materijala ili od legure na bazi nikla, i na cijev za spajanje (15) koja je načinjena od austenitnog materijala.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se kao materijal za zavarivanje kojim se zavaruju priključak za cijev (1) i stijenka spremnika (2), koristi takav materijal za zavarivanje kod kojega je koeficijent dilatacije jednak onome koeficijentu dilatacije kakav je kod materijala priključka za cijev ili koji leži u području koje je između veličine koeficijenta dilatacije materijala priključka za cijev i koeficijenta dilatacije materijala spremnika.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se kao materijal za zavarivanje kojim se zavaruju priključak za cijev (1) i cijev za spajanje (15) koristi takav materijal za zavarivanje kod kojega je koeficijent dilatacije jednak onome koeficijentu dilatacije kakav je kod materijala priključka za cijev ili koji leži u području koje je između veličine koeficijenta dilatacije materijala priključka za cijev i koeficijenta dilatacije materijala cijevi za spajanje.
4. Spremnik (5) koji se koristi kao kolektor (5, 17) ili kao distrubutor, koji ima priključke za cijevi (1) umetnute u stijenku spremnika (2) osnovnog tijela spremnika (5) na takav način, da se dobije aksijalni raspor (4) između stijenke spremnika (2) i svakog od priključka za cijev (1), pri čemu su priključci za cijev zavareni na jednom krajnjem dijelu direktno na stijenku spremnika (2), i pri čemu tvore nat kod zavarivanja (3), a na drugom krajnjem dijelu mogu biti zavareni na austenitnu cijev za spajanje (15) koja vodi do površine koja se zagrijava generatora pare, naznačen time što je svaka od cijevi za spajanje (1) umetnuta u vanjski dio (7) provrta za spajanje u stijenki spremnika (2), koji provrt ima stupnjevit oblik, i što je osnovno tijelo (5) spremnika načinjeno od martenzitnog materijala ili od feritnog materijala ili od neke legure na bazi nikla, a cijevi za spajanje (1) su načinjene od legure na bazi nikla.
5. Spremnik u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što je nat kod zavarivanja (3) načinjen od materijala za zavarivanje kod kojega je koeficijent dilatacije jednak onome koeficijentu dilatacije kakav je kod legure na bazi nikla cijevi za spajanje ili koji leži u području koje je između veličine koeficijenta dilatacije legure na bazi nikla cijevi za spajanje (1) i koeficijenta dilatacije materijala stijenke spremnika (2).
