Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种机械设备,一种钛材与不锈钢组合结构的丙烯酸酯酯化反应器,其特征在于,反应器的主体,有壳体、反应物入、出口管及其法兰,反应器的主体材质为不锈钢材质,反应器内接触腐蚀性介质的盘管内输送加热蒸汽,反应器内的加热盘管材质为钛材;钛盘管上的不锈钢法兰衬钛材密封面与不锈钢法兰采用钎焊连接,钛盘管上的钛制封板与不锈钢壳体采用钎焊连接。本实用新型的优点在于,制成的丙烯酸酯酯化反应器,将输送蒸汽的盘管采用钛材,将反应器的主体采用不锈钢材料,可大大降低设备成本。不会导致这类设备容易损坏,在役有效期的使用时间加长,大大地提高化工产品的产量和经济效益,避免资源的浪费。

技术领域

[0003] 在石油化工装置的设备中,如丙烯酸及其酯的产品生产装置,设备的壳体和内盘管材料,传统上一般都采用不锈钢材料,由于介质的腐蚀,使用过程中盘管振动、磨损等原因,导致这类设备容易损坏,在役有效期的使用时间往往很短,大大的影响化工产品的产量和经济效益,造成资源的浪费。
[0004] 钛材有很好的耐腐蚀性能,与不锈钢相比,更适用于丙烯酸及其酯等具有强腐蚀介质的产品生产环境;然而,钛材价格昂贵,如果将设备整体都采用钛材,将导致制造成本居高不下。如果将内、外均受介质腐蚀的盘管部件采用钛材,壳体、支撑件等采用不锈钢材料,既降低设备整体造价,又提高设备的有效使用时间。
[0005] 钛材与钛材焊接,不锈钢材料与不锈钢材料焊接是容易的。而钛材与不锈钢材料焊接性能差异较大,无法实现两者之间的直接焊接的连接,需要寻找新的连接材料及技术。

[0007] 本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种反应器的设计及制造技术。
[0008] 钛材与不锈钢组合结构的丙烯酸酯酯化反应器,不同于传统的同类设备,不是全部采用不锈钢材质,设备主体材质为不锈钢SSA31603材质,内部加热盘管材质为钛材的SB338Gr.2。此选材设计即保证了盘管的使用寿命,又避免了设备整体造价过高。同时,还原因钛材的密度小,不锈钢的密度大,盘管采用钛管材后,设备的重量下降,因此,其运输、安装等费用相应降低,会进一步降低设备成本。
[0009] 钛材与不锈钢组合结构的丙烯酸酯酯化反应器,蒸汽在盘管内,腐蚀介质在设备主体内,蒸汽不接触设备的壳体,采用“封板-套管”的结构形式,所述“封板-套管”的结构,即利用钛制封板、钛盘管以钎焊形式与不锈钢壳体连接,进行异种金属之间的连接过渡。
[0010] 钛盘管伸出壳体处,与不锈钢壳体采用封板形式进行过渡连接,封板预先预制R弧与筒体贴合;封板内部与钛管之间采用钛的氩弧焊接,封板外部与不锈钢筒体之间采用钛-不锈钢钎焊焊接,主要起密封作用。不锈钢套管套在伸出壳体的钛盘管接管处,一端与不锈钢筒体焊接连接,另一端与衬钛不锈钢法兰的钢基层焊接连接,起到加强作用;钛盘管端头与不锈钢法兰的衬钛密封面处采用钛的氩弧焊接,主要起密封作用。对封焊后的焊缝表面按JB/T4730进行PT检测,按I级合格。
[0011] 反应器的异种金属焊接技术,选用Ag95CuNiLi钎料,以钎焊方式实现钛与不锈钢连接部位之间的密封连接。
[0012] 钛是活性金属,钛与铁在液态条件下无限互溶,在固态下有限互溶。当铁在钛材中的溶解度达到0.1 %以上时,将形成硬脆的金属间化合物,同时钛还会与铬、镍等形成复杂的金属间脆性化合物,造成接头塑性严重下降。当钛与不锈钢直接熔焊连接时,焊缝中的铁、铬、钥等合金元素必然超过其在钛材中的溶解度,形成大量的脆性金属间化合物和低溶共晶体。同时由于钛、不锈钢热物理性能的差异,焊接冷却过程中形成较大的焊接内应力,在应力的作用下,焊接接头将出现裂纹。因此这两种异种金属之间性能上的巨大差别,造成不锈钢材料与钛材之间,无法采用熔焊方法实现直接焊接成型。

[0014] 不锈钢套管起到加强作用,钛制封板起到密封和加强作用。
[0015] 不锈钢与不锈钢器件连接,钛材与钛材器件连接,采用常规作法。
[0016] 本实用新型的优点在于,制成的钛材与不锈钢材的反应器,将输送蒸汽的盘管采用钛材,将壳体、反应物入口管及其法兰、反应物出口管及其法兰采用不锈钢材料,可大大降低设备成本。不会使用过程中盘管磨损,不会导致这类设备容易损坏,在役有效期的使用时间加长,大大地提高化工产品的产量和经济效益,避免资源的浪费。

[0020] 如图1所示,一种钛材与不锈钢组合结构的丙烯酸酯酯化反应器,钛材与不锈钢材组合结构的反应器,腐蚀介质在不锈钢壳体4内,反应器的主体,有壳体、反应物入口管及其法兰、反应后的物料出口管及其法兰,反应器的主体接触腐蚀性介质,主体的材质为不锈钢SSA31603材质,接触腐蚀介质的反应器的钛盘管6内通过加热蒸汽,振动大,磨损等原因,导致这类设备容易损坏,在役有效期的使用时间往往很短,壳体内的加热钛盘管6材质为钛材的SB338Gr.2 ;钛盘管6上的不锈钢法兰衬钛材密封面I与不锈钢法兰2采用钎焊连接,不锈钢法兰2与不锈钢套管3连接,不锈钢套管3与不锈钢壳体4连接,成一整体,以加强壳体坚固;钛盘管6上的钛制封板5与不锈钢壳体4采用钎焊连接;所述钎焊连接,钎焊为Ag95CuNiLi钎料
[0021 ] 钛盘管6进入壳体的入口、出口,其结构方式是同样的。
[0022] 通过大量焊接试验和焊接接头分析,实验证明,采用钨极氩弧焊来加热低熔点的Ag95CuNiL钎料,利用焊接时钎料熔化后在钛、不锈钢之间近表面结合,形成了具有良好密封性能的钛材与不锈钢材的钎焊接头,可以实现异种金属的密封连接。经耐压试验及致密性检查,印证了此方法的可行性。

1.一种钛材与不锈钢组合结构的丙烯酸酯酯化反应器,其特征在于,反应器的主体,有壳体、反应物入口管及其法兰、反应后的物料出口管及其法兰,反应器的主体接触腐蚀性介质,主体的材质为不锈钢SS31603材质,反应器内接触腐蚀性介质的盘管内输送加热蒸汽,反应器内的加热盘管材质为钛材SB338Gr.2 ;钛盘管(6)上的不锈钢法兰衬钛材密封面(I)与不锈钢法兰(2)采用钎焊连接,不锈钢法兰(2)与不锈钢套管(3)连接,不锈钢套管(3)与不锈钢壳体(4)连接,钛盘管(6)上的钛制封板(5)与不锈钢壳体(4)采用钎焊连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种钛材与不锈钢组合结构的丙烯酸酯酯化反应器,其特征在于,所述的钎焊连接,钎焊为Ag95CuNiLi钎料。
