Abstract

Želatinski pripravak koji slobodno teče, naznačen time, da sadrži vodenu tekućinu, čestice želatinskog gela dispergirane u njoj i/ili želatinski hidrolizat otopljen u njoj, te jedan ili više šećernih sastojaka pri čemu je zbroj sadržaja želatine, želatinskog hidrolizata i šećernog sastojka (sastojaka) izabran tako da vodeno djelovanje (aw vrijednost) pripravka je manje od ili jednako 0.97. Patent sadrži još 15 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (16)

1. Želatinski pripravak koji slobodno teče, naznačen time, da sadrži vodenu tekućinu, čestice želatinskog gela dispergirane u njoj i/ili želatinski hidrolizat otopljen u njoj, te jedan ili više šećernih sastojaka pri čemu je zbroj sadržaja želatine, želatinskog hidrolizata i šećernog sastojka (sastojaka) izabran tako da vodeno djelovanje (aw vrijednost) pripravka je manje od ili jednako 0.97.
2. Pripravak u skladu sa zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da vodeno djelovanje (aw vrijednost) je 0.93 ili manje.
3. Pripravak u skladu sa zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da sadržaj čestica želatinskog gela (suha masa) je 20 do 40 mas. %.
4. Pripravak u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je kao šećerni sastojak sadržan jedan ili više saharida pri čemu je sadržaj saharida 30 mas. % ili više.
5. Pripravak u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da čestice želatinskog gela u nabubrenom stanju imaju prosječnu veličinu čestica od oko 0.01 do oko 3 mm, točnije 0.1 do 1 mm.
6. Pripravak u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da sadržaj želatinskog hidrolizata je 20 do 60 mas. %.
7. Pripravak u skladu sa zahtjevom 6, naznačen time, da prosječna molekularna težina (MW) želatinskog hidrolizata je oko 1000 do oko 20000 Da.
8. Pripravak u skladu sa zahtjevom 6 ili 7, naznačen time, da je kao šećerni sastojak sadržan jedan ili više saharida pri čemu je sadržaj saharida 10 mas. % ili više.
9. Pripravak u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da je saharid izabran između mono-, di- i/ili oligosaharida.
10. Pripravak u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da je kao šećerni sastojak sadržan jedan ili više alditola.
11. Pripravak u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time, da pripravak sadrži frakciju jedne ili više jestivih kiselina.
12. Pripravak u skladu sa zahtjevom 11, naznačen time, da je pH vrijednost pripravka niža od 5.
13. Pripravak u skladu sa zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da je pH vrijednost pripravka oko 3 do oko 4.5.
14. Pripravak u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time, da pripravak ima viskozitet od najviše 30000 cP.
15. Uporaba pripravka u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačena time, da se koristi kao prekursor hrane.
16. Uporaba pripravka u skladu s jednim od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačena time, da se koristi u izradi kapsula za farmaceutsku industriju.
