Abstract
Suhi koncentrat za pripravu dijetetskog osvježavajućeg napitka, naznačen time, što ga čine slijedeće sirovine: liofilizirana matična mliječ, kelatno željezo (20%) vitamin C, voćna kiselina u prahu. naročito anhidrirana limunska kiselina, mikronizirani SiO2 ili MgO, mješavina prirodne arome i boje, i saharoza kao nosač i zaslađivač. Patent sadrži još 10 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (11)
1. Suhi koncentrat za pripravu dijetetskog osvježavajućeg napitka, naznačen time, što ga čine slijedeće sirovine: liofilizirana matična mliječ, kelatno željezo (20%) vitamin C, voćna kiselina u prahu. naročito anhidrirana limunska kiselina, mikronizirani SiO2 ili MgO, mješavina prirodne arome i boje, i saharoza kao nosač i zaslađivač.
2. Suhi koncentrat prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što ga čine sirovine izmjerene u slijedećim masenim odnosima: liofilizirana matična mliječ 0,0175 mas %, kelatno željezo (20%) 0,425 mas %, vitamin C 0,4 mas %, anhidrirana limunska kiselina 3,75 mas %, mikronizirani SiO2 1,0 mas %, mješavina prirodne arome i boje 4 mas %, i saharoza 90,4075 mas %.
3. Suhi koncentrat prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se mješavina prirodne arome i boje sastoji od eteričnog ulja dobivenog iz mješavine šumskog voća 5 mas %, mikroniziranog SiO2 10–20 mas%, betaina 20 mas%, antocijanina 0,2 mas%, dopunjenog malto-dekstrinom do 100 mas% ili u kojem mješavina prirodne arome i boje obuhvaća prirodne suhe arome naranče sa mješavinom prirodnih boja ili suhe prirodne mješavine arome šumskog voća sa mješavinom prirodnih boja ili prirodne arome ili gotove prirodne arome u prahu i boje.
4. Suhi koncentrat prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, što se boja i aroma prevode u čvrsto stanje tako što se eterično ulje dobiveno od mješavine šumskog voća grubo izmiješa sa SiO2 nakon čega se doda antocijan i betain i dopuni malto-dekstrinom, a zatim se izmiješa i prosije kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm.
5. Suhi koncentrat prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što se matična mliječ grubo izmiješa sa saharozom u homogenu smjesu koja se zatim prosije kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm i što se saharoza usitni u standardnom nehrđajućem mlinu–čekićaru na granulat određene finoće, tako da 40% prolazi kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm, a ostatak kroz sito veličine otvora 1 mm.
6. Postupak za proizvodnju suhog koncentrata sa matičnom mliječi za pripravu dijetetskog osvježavajućeg napitka, naznačen time, što se tvari koje sudjeluju u proizvodnji suhog koncentrata u točno izmjerenim masenim postotcima: triturat matične mliječi 0,175 mas % prosijan kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm, triturat matične mliječi sa 10 mas % liofilizirane matične mliječi i 90 mas % saharoze, kelatno željezo (20%) 0,425 mas %, vitamin C 0,4 mas % prosijan kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm, mješavina prirodne arome i boje 4 mas % prosijana kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm, voćna kiselina u prahu, naročito anhidrirana limunska kiselina, 3,75 mas % prosijana kroz sito veličine otvora 1 mm i saharoza 90,25 mas % prosijana kroz sito veličine otvora 1 mm, mikronizirani SiO2 ili MgO 1 mas %, prema naprijed navedenom redoslijedu ubace u nehrđajuću miješalicu i miješaju do dobivanja homogene smjese.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 naznačen time da se mješavina prirodne arome i boje koja se sastoji od eteričnog ulja dobivenog iz mješavine šumskog voća 5 mas % mikroniziranog SiO2 10–20 mas %, betaina 20 mas % i antocijana 0,2 mas % i dopunjenog malto dekstrinom do 100 mas %, ili u kojem mješavina prirodne arome i boje obuhvaća prirodne suhe arome naranče sa mješavinom prirodnih boja ili suhe prirodne mješavine aroma šumskog voća sa mješavinom prirodnih boja ili prirodne arome ili gotove prirodne arome u prahu i boje.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7 naznačen time da se mješavina prirodne arome i boje prevodi u čvrsto stanje tako što se eterično ulje dobiveno iz mješavine šumskog voća grubo izmješa sa SiO2 nakon čega se doda antocijan i betain i dopuni malto dekstrinom, a zatim se sve izmješa i prosije kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 naznačen time da se matična mliječ grubo izmješa sa saharozom u homogenu smjesu koja se zatim prosije kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm pri čemu se saharoza prethodno usitni u standardnom nehrđajućem mlinu-čekićaru na granulat određene finoće, tako da 40% granulata prolazi kroz sito veličine otvora 0,75 mm, a ostatak kroz sito veličine otvora 1 mm.
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 naznačen time da se kelatno željezo prosije kroz sito veličine otvora 0,15 – 0,30 mm.
11. Dijetetski napitak naznačen time da je pripravljen miješanjem suhog koncentrata prema zahtjevima 1 do 5 ili suhog koncentrata pripravljenog prema nekom od zahtjeva 6 do 10 prije otapanja u vodi najbolje u omjeru od 60 g na 1 L vode.
