Abstract
Invention herewith described refers to the dry concentrate of the soft drink suitable for diabetics and the people on reducing diet and the procedure for obtaining thereof. The invention belongs to the field of non-alcoholic beverages, and it solves the problem of obtaining the dry concentrate for making a refreshing drink with royal jelly and aloe whose positive physiological characteristics are significantly prolonged and which does not contain any preservatives and is made without sucrose with artificial sweetener so that it can be used by diabetics and the people on reducing diet. According to the invention the dry concentrate is prepared from the accurately measured mass % and with the specific procedure and then mixed the following components: 88.84% xylitol, a 4.0% mixture of flavour and colour, 2.4% anhydrous citric acid, 2.2% royal jelly triturate, (1:200) 1.39% dry aloe extract, 1.0% silicon dioxide, 0.17% Vitamin C.
