Abstract
U detektoru svjetla ili radijacije iz ovog izuma, konstrukcija kalupa, prvi dio i drugi dio su napravljeni tako da konstrukcija kalupa za zaštitu sloja za pretvaranje i elektrode za primjenu voltaže imaju otpornost višu od prvog dijela sastavljenog od planarnog vodljivog bafera koji je liminiran na upadnu površinu (svjetla ili radijacije) konstrukcije kalupa, a da prvi dio spomenut ranije ima otpornost višu od drugog dijela sastavljenog od planarnog vodljivog dijela koji je laminiran na upadnu površinu stranice prvog dijela. Posljedično, pojava buke od statičkog elektriciteta može se suzbiti.
