Abstract
Περιγράφονται σωματιδιακή μαλακτική σύνθεση για ύφασμα και σωματιδιακή απορρυπαντική μαλακτική σύνθεση για ύφασμα, αμφότερες των οποίων περιλαμβάνουν σκόνη μπεντονίτη συσσωματωμένη σε μορφή μεγαλύτερου σωματιδιακού σφαιριδίου ή κόκκου με ένα κανονικώς στερεό συν-τήγμα ένωσης πενταερυθριτόλης (PEC) όπως διτταλλοϊκής πενταερυθριτόλης (PEDT) και ενός μη ιονικού επιφανειοδραστικού όπως ενός προϊόντος συμπύκνωσης ενός mole C12-15 λιπαράς αλκοόλης με επτά moles αιθυλενοξειδίου. Η μαλακτική σύνθεση για ύφασμα που περιγράφεται μπορεί να προστίθεται στο νερό πλύσης (ή νερό για ξέβγαλμα), αλλά κατά προτίμησης ενσωματώνεται σε μία σωματιδιακή συνθετικού ανιονικού οργανικού ή/και ιονικού απορρυπαντικού σύνθεση για να παράγει μία ποσσυπαντική μαλακτική σύνθεση για ύφασμα. Οι εφευρεθείσες απορρυπαντικές συνθέσεις είναι ειδικώς κατάλληλες για πλύση μπουγάδας σε "κρύο" νερό, όπως νερό στους 40 βαθμούς Κελσίου ή περίπου, στο οποίο το μη ιονικό επιφανειοδραστικό αυξάνει την ικανότητα διασποράς της PEC, βελτιώνει την μαλακτική δραστικότητα για ύφασμα αυτής σε συνδυασμό με τον μπεντονίτη και επίσης προλαμβάνει εκτεταμένη λεύκανση ή λέκιασμα σκοτεινόχρωμης μπουγάδας από την σωματιδιακή μαλακτική σύνθεση για ύφασμα. Αυτά τα βελτιωμένα αποτελέσματα οφείλονται στο μη ιονικό επιφανειοδραστικό που κατεβάζει το σημείο τήξεως του συντήγματος σε περίπου 40 βαθμούς Κελσίου ή και χαμηλότερο, στην οποία θερμοκρασία η μαλακτική σύνθεση διασπείρεται ικανοποιητικά στο νερό πλύσης. Επιπλέον πλεονεκτήματα της εφεύρεσης είναι ένα αποτέλεσμα μπόνους του μη ιονικού επιφανειοδραστικού στην αύξηση της απορρυπαντικότητας της απορρυπαντικής σύνθεσης και του νερού πλύσης και το ότι επιτρέπει μία μείωση της περιεκτικότητας PEC των μαλακτικών και απορρυπαντικών συνθέσεων, χωρίς απώλεια μαλακτικού αποτελέσματος.ω
