Abstract

Η επινόηση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο παρασκευής γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων με την προσθήκη εκχυλισμάτων φρούτων, φυτών και λαχανικών. Η μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια της παστερίωσης, της προσθήκης εκχυλίσματος ενός ή περισσότερων φρούτων, φυτών και λαχανικών για την παρασκευή γάλακτος. Όταν παρασκευάζεται γιαούρτι είναι αναγκαία η προσθήκη καλλιέργειας, η ζύμωση και η στράγγιση, ενώ, όταν παρασκευάζονται τυριά απαιτείται αντίστοιχα η πήξη, η τοποθέτηση σε δοχεία με άλμη και η ωρίμανση για το κατάλληλο χρονικό διάστημα. Σε εναλλακτική εφαρμογή, στο τελικό στάδιο δύναται να προστεθούν αυθεντικά βότανα, φρούτα και λαχανικά για ενίσχυση των χαρακτηριστικών των τελικών προϊόντων.
