Abstract
Η επινόηση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο παρασκευής γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων με την προσθήκη αιθέριων ελαίων. Τα προϊόντα, που προκύπτουν διαθέτουν χαρακτηριστικά, που βελτιώνουν την άμυνα του ανθρώπινου οργανισμού. Για την παρασκευή των προϊόντων παστεριώνεται το γάλα, προστίθεται η καλλιέργεια και ανάλογα ζυμώνεται το προϊόν. Κατόπιν στραγγίζεται, στις περιπτώσεις, που απαιτείται, και προστίθενται τα επιλεχθέντα αιθέρια έλαια. Αν το προϊόν, που θα προκύψει είναι τυρί, τότε ακολουθεί και η ωρίμανση του προϊόντος για όσο απαιτείται. Σε εναλλακτική εφαρμογή της μεθόδου, τα αιθέρια έλαια είναι δυνατό να προστεθούν στην πρώτη ύλη, αμέσως μετά την παστερίωση του γάλακτος.
