Abstract

Προς παραγωγήν ενός ελάσματος με καλές ιδιότητες διαμορφώσεως και ιδιαιτέρως δια δημιουργίαν κοίλων τεμαχίων συμμετρικών εκ περιστροφής προτείνεται ένας χάλυψ πτωχός εις άνθρακα ο οποίος περιέχει κατ' ανώτατον 0,009%Ν, θα σχηματίζει κράμμα με 0,01- 0,04%. Τί και εις ωρισμένες περιπτώσεις επίσης με 0,01 έως 0,06% νιόβιον, να χυτεύεται εις μπλοκ σιδήρου και το μπλοκ να θερμαίνεται άνω των 1120 βαθμών Κελσίου, άνωθεν του σημείου- Αr3 να υφίσταται εξέλασιν προς θερμή ταινία και να περιτυλίσσεται εις 520 + - 100 βαθμούς Κελσίου. Μετά την ψυχράν εξέλασιν εις το επιθυμητόν πάχος λεπτού ελάσματος πυρώνεται ανακρυσταλλωτικά η ταινία του χάλυβος πριν υποστεί τελική κατεργασία και μετατραπεί εις ελάσματα. ω
