Abstract

Συγκρότημα άκμονος και οδηγού (κατευθυντήρος) δια χειρουργικόν εργαλείον συρραφής δέρματος δι' αγκυλών, που παράγει διαμορφουμένας και εμφυτευομένας εις το δέρμα αγκύλας πλέον συναφούς και τελείας διαμορφώσεως. Ο άκμων παρέχει μίαν επιφάνειαν άκμονος, που υποστηρίζει την κορώναν (κεφαλήν) της αγκύλης κατά την λειτουργίαν διαμορφώσεως. Ο οδηγός έχει εγκοπήν σχήματος ανεστραμμένου U διαμορφουμένην εντός αυτού, που προσδιορίζει παράλληλα πλευρικά άκρα δια την κάμψιν των σκελών της αγκύλης πέριξ του άκμονος και ενός εγκαρσίου άκρου συνδέοντος τα πλευρικά άκρα και προσηρμοσμένου δια την επαφήν μετά της κορώνας της αγκύλης προς το τέλος της λειτουργίας διαμορφώσεως. Εις το συγκρότημα άκμονος και οδηγού της παρούσης εφευρέσεως, το διάκενον μεταξύ των παραλλήλων άκρων κάμψεως του οδηγού και των παρακειμένων άκρων άκμονος είναι μεγαλύτερον της εγκαρσίας διαστάσεως του σύρματος κατασκευής της κορώνας. Η επιφάνεια άκμονος είναι κοίλη το δε άκρον επαφής της κορώνας του οδηγού τυγχάνει τοιαύτης διαμορφώσεως, ώστε να μεταδίδη προσωρινήν τοξοειδή διάταξιν (κύρτωσιν) εις την κορώναν της αγκύλης πλησίον του πυθμένος της διαδρομής του οδηγού, ήτις τοξοειδής διάταξις τυγχάνει τοιαύτης διαστάσεως, ώστε να αποκλείη πλαστικήν παραμόρφωσιν της κορώνας. Τούτο παράγει μίαν πλέον γενναιόδωρον κάμψιν και μίαν μικράν κάμψιν πέραν του δέοντος εις τας συμβολάς των σκελών της αγκύλης και της κορώνας, εις τρόπον ώστε, όταν η κορώνα απελευθερούται υπό του οδηγού και επανέρχεται εις την ευθύγραμμον συνθήκην αυτής, η εν λόγω δράσις της κορώνας θα αντισταθμίση τας ιδιότητας φυσικής αναπηδήσεως της ύλης, εκ της οποίας έχει κατασκευασθεί η αγκύλη εις τας ανωτέρω αναφερθείσας συμβολάς, συναφώς παραγομένης της επιθυμητής τελικής διαμορφώσεως της αγκύλης. ω
