A method of producing a lattice girder for a ferroconcrete ribbed ceiling comprises constructing a prestressed reinforced concrete base member 1 having embedded fixing means 3 projecting from its upper surface, connecting the projecting ends of the fixing means to the latticework and then applying a layer 6 of concrete to the upper surface of the base member to embed the connections.
