980,404. Supplying oil fuel to burners. ERNEST PATENT HOLDINGS Ltd. July 17, 1963 [Aug. 9, 1962], No. 28220/63. Heading F4T. A system for supplying fuel oil to a number of dwellings comprises an oil reservoir 10, a distributing pipe network, a pump 13, a heater 12; and a filter F, a meter M and a high pressure oil burner B in each dwelling. The pipe network may include return lines 19 containing needle valves 20. The heater maintains the oil at a predetermined temperature. The burner may include a further pump and an air blower, Fig. 2 (not shown), or an electric valve actuated by a thermostat with or without an air blower, Figs. 4 and 3 (not shown).
