969,954. Cartons for lamp bulbs &c. SHIRLEY & WARBEY BOX CO. Ltd. Jan. 12, 1961 [Jan. 12, 1960], No. 1115/60. Heading B8P. A sleeve for electric lamp bulbs &c. has a platform 6 cut and bent out of a wall panel 3 provided with means 14, 16 for engaging the opposite wall panel 1. The panels 2 and 4 adjacent the panel 3 from which the platform is cut are each cut at 8 and creased at 9 to form gussets which fold back on to the walls 2 and 4 when the platform is bent in to the horizontal position to provide supports for the platform. The platform has a slitted hole 10 for the neck of the bulb and a tab 14 which engages a slit 16 on the wall 1.
