956,061. Endless conveyers. J. SALMON. Jan. 8, 1963 [Jan. 11, 1962], No. 1139/62. Heading B8A. An apparatus for loading root crops comprises a wheeled frame carrying a first endless chain link conveyer 6 extending upwardly from root-lifting tools to end adjacent a similar upwardly extending conveyer 8 and an impeller 10 rotatably mounted to transfer crops from the conveyer 6 to the conveyer 8. The impeller comprises a shaft 11 carrying a series of rubber radial arms 12. The shaft 11 is adjustable in slots 11a in side plates 6a of the conveyer 6. The conveyers and impeller are driven from a power take-off shaft 13 which is adapted to be coupled to a tractor.
