[Also in Group XXV] Electrical contact between two conductor elements 32, 33 is made by a washer 36 in cutaway portions of insulating sleeves 34, 35 on the elements, while the head 37a of a bolt and a nut 38 by which the elements are connected are each covered by a cap 31, e.g. of nylon or polyvinyl chloride (see Group XXV), locked on to the head or nut by at least one cam surface in the cap.
