1,075,077. Fuse bases. THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC CO. Ltd. Oct. 5, 1965 [Oct. 6, 1964], No. 40699/.64. Heading H2G. The base of a fuse carrier has two contact blocks 9 retained in the insulating base by circlips 17 or nuts, the lower end 15 of each block making contact with a terminal 27 and being held in position by a screw 18 or a stud mounted on the terminal 27 which passes through the block and co-operates with a nut. A moulded cover 13 is retained in position over the block by screw 4 and has slots to allow the contact blades 24 to pass through and engage contact strips (11, 12).
