Abstract
930,059. Trestles; joints. MONTECATINI SOC. GENEBALE PER L'INDUSTRIA MINERARIA E CHIMICA, and VETROCOKE S.p.A. April 24, 1962 [April 21, 1961], No. 15645/62. Classes 52 (2) and 52 (3). A dismantleable trestle of metal construction for storing sheet glass 5 comprises at least two frame members 2 having spacers 3 between corresponding sides to define the longitudinal sides of the trestle, and a platform 6 connected to the frames 2. Wings 8 on frames 2 and spacer ends 3a have corresponding holes to receive pins 7. The feet of frames 2 are pinned to a coupling which is itself pinned to platform 6. Without disturbing the glass on the first trestle, further parallel trestles may be erected with their platforms as in Fig. 1, using the pinned interconnection.
