567,758. Building construction. JOHNSTON, P. L. G. May 20, 1943, No. 8047. Convention date, June 12, 1942. [Classes 20 (i), 20 (ii) and 20 (iv)] Stanchions 1 are provided with openings 4, 5 at the ends to receive the longitudinal beams 2 of the frame of a building, the openings being of sufficiently greater width than the beams to accommodate the heads or nuts of securing bolts. Cross beams are placed against the sides of the stanchions. The stanchions are narrow, and several may be used together, holes 7 being provided for bolts. Cross bracing 6 may be provided, or the stanchions may be solid.
