Heading E1K A structural bar or beam has a central core 1 with flanges 2a connected to longitudinal outer strips 3, at points intermediate the edges of the strips, to form a number of peripheral channels 8 on the bar, equal to the number of flanges. The channels are for the reception of fastening means and may be offset relative to the central core 1.
