928,710. Rotary flexible vane-pumps. CONCENTRIC (ENGINEERING) Ltd. Jan. 22, 1962 [Jan. 8, 1962], No. 741/62. Class 110 (2). A rotary flexible vane-pump comprises moulded rubber vanes 10 having cylindrical end portions 10a integrally interconnected by a narrower web 10b. One end portion of each vane is slid into a corresponding open-sided bore 12 in a rotor 11 keyed to a shaft 13 eccentrically mounted in a chamber 14 having an outlet 15 and an inlet 16. The inlet 16 may open into a recess 16a so that several intervane spaces may simultaneously communicate with the inlet.
