Abstract

891,693. Warning lamps. LEMELSON, J. H. July 5, 1960, No. 23547/60. Classes 39(2) and 75(4) [Also in Group XVIII] A road warning lamp 28 and its battery 24 is mounted in a casing 15, 16 which is reinforced by members 20, 21, 22 and is disposed in the neck of a flexible conical stand 11. The battery 24 is laterally positioned by clips 25 and may be used in conjunction with a flasher device controlled by a switch 26. The member 15 is made of glass or plastic whilst the member 16 is made of steel or cast iron. The member 15 may be provided with - a transparent plastic cover and positioned in the neck of the stand by a wire ring, see Fig. 3 (not shown).
