[Also in Group XXXVI] An inductor whose inductance/current relationship is given by comprises a winding 12 on a magnetic core 11 having one or more wedge - shaped air gaps 13, 14. The values L 0 and α are determined by the construction of the inductor and the value of a constant polarizing current which is supplied. The inductor is used in an integrating circuit (see Group XXXVI). Two inductors may be wound on a single threelegged magnetic core.
