858,508. Winding lay-outs for dynamoelectric machines. METROPOLITANVICKERS ELECTRICAL CO. Ltd. May 2, 1957, No. 14058/57. Class 35. An alternator primary winding has two parallel connected circuits per pole per phase, the coil sides being disposed in consecutive slots in the order 122112211221 in each phase band, where numeral 1 indicates the coil sides serially connected in one circuit and numeral 2 those in the other circuit. The coil sides denoted 3, 4 under the opposite poles are similarly arranged. Specification 858,510 is referred to.
