Abstract
964,705. Dynamo-electric machines. SOC. D'ELECTRONIQUE ET D'AUTOMATISME. Nov. 7, 1960 [Nov. 13, 1959], No. 38225/60. Heading H2A. A coaxial electric motor and H.F. generator combination comprises two discoidal stator members between which is sandwiched to define two flat annular air-gaps a discoidal rotor member formed by a single dielectric carrier disc 10 on which are printed two concentric flat conductor windings 43, 113 interconnected by printed circuit extensions 401 . . . 403, Fig. 2, not shown, at least one of the stator members including a multipolar field structure 46 . . . 48 for the motor and a H.F. output winding 203 mounted over a magnetic yoke 138 for the generator so that when means 41 feed current to the motor rotor winding 43 the generator rotor winding generates a H.F. current in the winding 203 by electromotive induction. The motor current is direct and after passing through the series-wave winding 43 to its extensions 401 &c. it flows through the threephase winding 113 to a star-point formed by a printed strip 300. Yoke rings 138, 45 are of ferrite. Specifications 874,394, 935,652, 962,322 and 962,323 are referred to.
