Abstract

852,252. Frequency changing circuits. TELEFUNKEN G.m.b.H. May 20, 1957 [May 18, 1956], No. 15883/57. Class 40(6). In a self-oscillating mixer in which 'oscillations are generated by connecting a choke Dr in the cathode lead and back-coupling the cathode to a tap on the oscillator circuit O, which is in the anode circuit of the mixer, the signal input circuit E is centre-tapped by means of condensers C 3 , 4 and the tap earthed. One end of the input circuit E is connected to the grid of the mixer and the other to its cathode via a condenser C N which is so adjusted that feedback of oscillator voltage to the input circuit via the anode-grid and cathode-grid capacities of the valve is neutralized.
