734,710. Superheterodyne circuits. PYE, Ltd. March 1, 1954 [March 2, 1953], No. 5751/53. Class 40 (5). An ultra-high-frequency frequency converter comprises two valves connected, as a push-pull oscillator, the anode circuits comprising lines 5 tuned by condenser C2 while the grid circuit 4 is substantially -aperiodic. The anode and cathode circuits are connected together to form a frequency doubler, the signal input being applied to a load R2 in the common cathode circuit, while the I.F. output is taken from a transformer T in the common anode circuit.
