Abstract
837,117. Burners. SEBAC NOUVELLE S. A. May 20, 1957 [May 23, 1956], No. 15984/57. Class 75(1) [Also in Group XXVIII] A burner 10 for applying a gyratory motion to gases in a thermo-blower (see Group XXVIII) comprises a cylindrical chamber 42 enclosed by a double wall 43a- 43b. The fuel 44<SP>1</SP> is lead from a reservoir 26 through a pipe coil 44a to an injector 45 controlled by a needle 45<SP>1</SP>. The fluid of combustion is formed by the fuel 49 leaving the injector 45 and gas from the thermo blower which passes into the annular chamber 47 and through orifices 48. Combustion takes place in the chamber 42 and the burnt gases 10<SP>1</SP> pass out at the extremity 50 which may be arranged as a linear slot.
