Class 75(3) [Also in Groups XII, XIII and XXVI] A gas turbine combustion chamber is ignited by inserting a blow lamp 78 into a tube 72 mounted on the side of the combustion chamber casing so as to direct the flame on to the flame tube 43. The end of the tube 72 has a valve 73 which automatically closes the tube when the blow lamp is withdrawn after the engine has started. Specification 783,600 [Group XXVI] is referred to.
